“Get up…”
The scene begins in a dark room as the camera slowly pans around to reveal a large metal door with a tiny slit to slide things into the room, the only light source. With the little light falling onto the bed, we see a concrete bed with no mat and one dusty pillow. There’s a toilet right next to the bed frame, adding to the unhygienic nature of the setup. It appears that we are at a prison cell and surprisingly enough, the man locked in happens to be Christopher Sabertooth. He is startled by the loud knock as he looks around the scene, horrified by the inhumane setting.
“W-what is going on? Where the fuck am I?! How did I wake up here?!”
“There is no time for questions.”
Said the voice on the other side as Chris frantically tries to look around for any answers he could get. He remembered going to sleep in the comfort of his own household, sleeping next to his girlfriend. Somehow, he had been transported inside this uncomfortable prison cell, which didn’t even have any window to the outside world. Just a tiny slit in the doorway for the ventilation.
“GET ME OUT OF HERE!”
“That is not my decision to make, Chris.”
Chris leaps off the concrete bed frame and starts slamming the metal door. The loud banging sound echoes throughout the room to no avail. He tries to pry the door open but it wouldn’t budge. Sabertooth was desperately searching for a way out, but there was none to be found.
“I-I don’t know what’s going on-- But I guess it has something to do with *him*. This must be another cruel trick of his. Did he bring me here? Did he tell you to lock me up? Whatever he’s paying you-- I will double it! Just get me out of here…. Matter of fact, where the fuck am I?! What is this place? Alcatraz?”
You could sense the urgency in his tone as Chris tried to reason with the voice on the other side.
“You’re at home, Chris. Sleeping in the comfort of your own roof.”
“What kind of a joke is that?”
“It’s not a joke. Why don’t you look for yourself?”
“Look where! I can barely see anything, to begin with?!”
We hear a snap of finger from the other side as an old CRT TV, mounted on top of the cell wall, switches on. We see a birds-eye view of Christopher Sabertooth lying on his bed with Hana by his side. There is a look of discomfort on his face as the camera zooms in on it before turning into static.
“So, I am dreaming? Is that it?”
There was a sense of relief in Sabertooth’s voice, knowing that what he was seeing wasn’t real.
“If only it was that easy. Why don’t you try waking up then? Should be easy, right?”
Chris closes his shut and concentrates. He mumbles words, trying to pep himself into waking up.
“When I open my eyes, I will be back in my bed.”
Chris whispered to himself before slowly opening his eyes, only to find himself stuck in the same prison cell. He slams his fist onto the concrete bed out of frustration, only hurting himself in the process.
“So-- You awake now?”
The voice sarcastically joked, only making Chris more annoyed by the minute.
“What is the meaning of all of this? What does he want from me?! And who are you?”
“Oh, come on. You know the answer to that already. I am YOU, of course. I am Christopher Sabertooth… But the only difference between you and me is that I am not a moron. Havoc has our best interest in mind and I BELIEVE in him. You? You try to resist his influence at every step of the way and look where that has gotten you? Are you happy with where you are at, Chris? Are you happy LOSING?”
“Isn’t that his fault? He’s the one competing in these matches--”
Before Chris could finish, the voice on the other side slams the metallic door, almost denting it with the force.
“LIES! You know it better than anybody else that it wasn’t just him competing in those matches. Do you think Havoc would ever talk about ESCAPE? Do you think Havoc would run away from Jason Long? He’s been wanting to get his hands on him and YOU ruined it for him. It was YOUR humanity that made him weak at that moment. Havoc wouldn’t give a fuck about rules. But you had him follow each and every goddamn rule in that book instead of KILLING the man that RUINED everything for us! And guess what? Somebody else got to him first. Jason Long is probably dead and even if he isn’t, he’s in a worse shape than he has ever been and it wasn’t HAVOC who did it!! It hurts to know that, Chris. I can’t bear that so I don’t know how do you live with yourself? How do you go to sleep KNOWING that the man that BETRAYED the Ashes has fallen to somebody else?! You made it happen, Christopher. Your humanity keeps coming out at the worst of times and hinders everything that Havoc wants to do. Why would you show concern for people who never cared about you?! Why would you FOLLOW the rules when the rules have only been set to keep us captive? Why would you show compassion to the people-- when the world LAUGHED at your misery?!”
The voice on the other side sounds more demonic by the minute. Chris is unsure of how to get out of the predicament but seeing how angry “he” was, it wasn’t going to be good for him.
“But you know who DID care, Chris? You know who picked you up from the floor at your worst and gave you the support that you needed to stand back on your own two feet with confidence!? It was Havoc. He made your dreams come true, Christopher! Your name is known around the world because of him! It’s because of what HE accomplished. You were nothing before him-- time and time again, you have shown that you’re STILL nothing without his help. So, why do you keep trying to get in his way? Why can’t you see what I see!? Why can’t you surrender yourself to the only being that actually gave a FUCK about you!? You’d still be wrestling in high school gyms, being the disappointment of the family, just like father thought you were. He got you out of the trenches and made you into a BRAND! The return of Christopher Sabertooth was only monumental because of all the things that Havoc had done before him. People wanted to see what’s next for you NOT because of who are but because of who you USED to be. HAVOC SAVED YOUR LIFE, CHRISTOPHER!! HE DID! And you repay him by costing him time and time again and projecting your weakness onto him… HOW DARE YOU?!”
There’s another loud bang on the door as the metal almost gives in by the sheer force of the strike. Sabertooth is panicking but the door is possibly his only way out of this cell. Whoever or whatever standing on the other side breaks in, it is on Chris to use his speed to get out of there before getting devoured by the demon.
“L-L-Listen… we can talk this through. Tell him I am ready to talk to him.”
“No…”
“What do you mean?”
“You had your chance, Chris. He doesn’t trust you anymore. The time for talking is over.”
The third time is the charm as the metal door slams onto the floor as Chris looks out to see what awaits him. But to his surprise, there is nobody standing on the other side. The door looks like it has been beaten down by a bulldozer as Chris carefully sidesteps out of the way and makes his exit to the dimly lit hallway.
As he walks down the hallway, he sees other prison cells along the way with the prisoners laughing hysterically at him as he tries to navigate to the exit. Finally seeing a comically animated doorway with large signs pointing to the exit in his sights as he makes the run for it. But no matter for how long he runs down the hallway, it seems like he makes no distance. The door wasn’t coming closer and the laughter around the prison was only getting louder. Sabertooth’s heart was beating real fast as he stumbles down to the floor out of exhaustion.
“Come on, Christopher. I thought you were going to put up a fight. Don’t tell me you’re tired already.”
The demonic voice echoes through the hallway as Chris looks around, trying to find the source of the sound. There are no speakers in sight. Havoc must be close.
“I don’t want to play these games anymore, Havoc! Come out! Do what you want!! I am a weakness to you after all-- End me!”
A hand appears into the frame out of nowhere, grabbing Chris by the neck and slamming him into a cell door as Chris almost goes flying through the metal doorway. Blood gushes down his mouth as Chris looks out in horror. He sees Havoc standing in front of him, with a devious smile on his face.
“I warned you, Chris. I gave you a chance to prove to me that you’re not a fucking embarrassment like you were before. That you had changed for the better. After years of being in control, I knew that you wanted to see the light of the day. So-- I let you surface back up and gain some control over your mind. I let you have thoughts. I let you dream. I let you start relationships. I LET YOU DO EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED, CHRISTOPHER! If it was to me, I would have ended you the moment I took over. But I had a soft spot for you, Chris. Because you had suffered through a lot in your lifetime-- maybe your humanity rubbed off on me-- BUT I WANTED TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE!! But time and time again you make me do things that I would never do. You make me sound like a pathetic waste of human space. You make me do things that I would NEVER do. At Fallout X, we had a chance at something really big. We had a chance at meeting Jason Long at last. And what did YOU choose to do? You made me think about the STUPID FUCKING RULES! You made me talk about escaping… DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? Hell is my fucking playground and you had me running away from a lanky Irish cunt?! And for what? You couldn’t even get the fucking win. I talked about how I would KILL the other survivors just so I could one-up Jason… And you had me trying to REASON with these people?! You made me look like a FOOL, Christopher… Jason. I wanted to speak to him. I wanted to show him what we had learned over the years together-- And now, somebody STOLE that moment from me. Jason Long could be dead. And I will never forgive you for wanting me to run away from that man when I had the chance. His demise was supposed to be at MY hands. ONLY MINE! I do not care about who this Redd is! I do not care about his history with Jason. IT WAS MY DESTINY TO KILL HIM! HE TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME AND I CAN’T EVEN REPAY HIM BACK FOR HIS SINS!?!.. I can’t.”
Havoc looks distraught at the loss of Jason Long. Possibly, his sole reason to even join Project Honor. Havoc wanted to mourn for the loss of his brother. Or maybe, he wanted to be the one to put him into the grave. His emotions weren’t clear as he looked lost in thought. Chris thought that this would be his only chance at an escape. He tries to pull himself back to his feet and stumbles his way towards the exit. With Havoc not paying attention, he makes actual progress. Standing by the door, he pushes it open to see nothing but darkness on the other side. Before he could turn back, he sees Havoc standing next to him.
“You want to run away, Chris? Just like you did at Fallout. So, you’re giving up?... Just like you did at Fallout. You’re so pathetic, it hurts me to even share the same body as you. Haven’t you made me lose enough? I can’t deal with this any longer. I am sorry Chris. I gave you a chance but you failed. You’re out of second chances, my friend. If Jason Long is dead-- It defeats my entire purpose. Jason gave me a reason to harbor all this hatred. What do I do with a Noble Championship shot if Jason Long isn’t there to defend it? Project Honor seems to enjoy putting me in death-defying matches, at every fucking show. Put ‘em in a cage-- Run from a killer -- try to not die in an all-barbed-wire fuckfest. Christian DeMarco is really testing the limits of our bodies, isn’t he? While he gets to sip a cup of tea and revel in the madness-- while his champion gets STABBED to death, he continues to make these matches with little to no regard for our safety... And I LOVE it. But in a match like this, I can’t have you slowing me down again. I can’t. It fucking boils my blood to know that Samuel L. Jackson wannabe has BEATEN me not once but TWICE. He ran away with the victory last time but this isn’t about escaping. How could you let me become so weak, Christopher?! I am used to DESTROYING anybody that stands in my way and now you’ve not only let Jason die to somebody else-- But you’ve let that dastardly cunt, Julius, to keep getting one over me! I WOULD NEVER HAVE LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT ONCE-- LET ALONE TWICE! People think that he’s my kryptonite. One man that always gets away. But this time, it isn’t a matter of escape. It isn’t a matter of wits. It’s poetic that the match is called Barbed Wire Heaven match because impaling somebody’s skin with that beautiful thing sure does feel like Heaven. It makes my spine tingle just thinking about the things that I will do to these victims. And for that to happen, I need to get rid of you for GOOD. I can’t let humanity drag me down yet again. This world has failed me enough already, Christopher. I don’t need YOU to do that again.”
Havoc grabs Chris by the neck and lifts him off the floor. He walks towards the doorway and tries to throw him into the endless void in front of him. Chris tries to fight back as he lands a kick to the groin of Havoc. He connects with forearm strikes to the face of the Demon and mounts a comeback. Chris tries to grab Havoc by his head-- only for Havoc to spit red mist into the eyes of Sabertooth. Chris lets out an agonizing scream before falling down to the floor, blinded by the mist.
“At least you’re not dying without a fight… I wish Jason could say the same. I will have to take the Noble Championship and clean it with acid to just get the stench of Jason Long off it. While it does pain me to say that Jason is gone without our destined fight-- I will do the Noble Championship justice by elevating it to the very top of the card. Jason may be happy being second fiddle to Elena but this is not how I would live my world. As the OWA World Champion, I was the most important thing going on in the company-- Heck, wrestling as a whole! Jason could not do that. The Noble Championship needs saving and I am in a prime position to make that a reality. Unless Christian DeMarco wants to act stupid and forgot about the title match that I am owed. If he does do that-- I will make sure it will be his last mistake. As for Julius? I want everybody to quickly realize that Julius only made it alive out of these matches because I let him. Through my choice or yours, Chris. Julius has disrespected me throughout my time in Project Honor and I cannot and will not beat seeing his hand raised in victory over me yet again. Not after what he did at Fallout X. He had a chance to strike from behind and take my life with it-- He had a chance to end me but he didn’t. He ran away. He escaped! Frankly put, I had no intention of escaping that match. That’s for pussies. I wanted to destroy these so-called survivors and lay their carcass at the feet of Jason Long before OUR date with destiny. I wanted him to realize the mistakes that he made along the way when he walked away by my side. Do you think he’d be dead if he was still loyal to me? Redd would be in a casket before they even got their hands on Jason.”
Havoc meant every word of it. Maybe it was Chris’s compassion that had him care about Jason Long, in a sick and twisted way. Their relationship was hard to explain. Havoc couldn’t bear that Jason was dead-- at somebody else’s hand. And you could feel the pain in his voice, knowing that his fateful meeting with Jason would probably never happen.
“But time doesn’t stop for anybody. I can’t waste my time mourning the loss of Jason Long when I have other things on my plate. This match-- is very important to me. This match is where I prove that YOU were the reason my momentum had slowed down. That YOU were the reason for my failures. That YOU were the weakness, Chris. When I do get rid of you, I will walk down the halls of Osaka and make them witness a beautiful masterpiece. One I will be proud of. Blood will be spilled at the Land of the Rising Sun. Ask Syndicate! He knows exactly what I can do when I am put in my element. Not a fucking stupid ass Escape From the Killer match, which completely defeats the purpose of my existence. This time, nobody will run away. Nobody will get away with a fluke in an elimination setup. Each man will take a fall for the Nightmare King because it’s time for me to take my throne. The so-called King of Project Honor is dead. The crown is up for the taking and you bet your ass I am going to jump at that opportunity. It starts with Julius Fairweather. He will pay for the embarrassment that he has caused me. I will make art out of his scattered gray matter on the canvas. Julius-- This isn’t going to be like Samuel L. Jackson from Pulp Fiction. I am talking about Samuel L. Jackson from Deep Blue Sea. Samuel L. Jackson from Django Unchained. You’re gonna die, motherfucker. And I am going to fucking FEAST at your downfall. Syndicate? He proved to be easy pickings at Guts, Gold, and Glory. If he thought being shoved into the prison cell was bad-- He has no idea what’s coming at Fallout XI. I am going to put him to sleep tucked in tight with a barbed wire blanket. The Los Angeles Outlaw is all talk and we have seen that already. If he could even live up to half of what he says, he’d be a strong force in PH. But that motherfucker yaps on and on about how good he is-- How he will save Project Honor but we haven’t SEEN anything. He had his chance at GGG but I won. And I will win again. I am going to be the next Noble Champion. And these delusional cunts are sure as shit not going to stop me!”
Havoc exclaimed as Chris, still blinded by the mist, tries to crawl away from Havoc. Without a wasted motion, Havoc kicks Chris in the face getting him closer to the endless void. He slowly approaches Chris, savoring this moment with a twisted smile on his face. He grabs Sabertooth by his hair and lifts him off the floor.
“You hear that, Chris? All of this wouldn’t be possible with you holding me back. So, you have to go. I have no choice but to put you out of your misery. You will NEVER see the light of the day again. NEVER! Don’t think I forgot about Mason. He made it quite far at Fallout X but he let Pyro get the better of him. I will give him credit for putting up a fight but being good at escaping isn’t going to serve him any purpose in this match. He let Pyro put an end to his fight whilst I lifted that man off the top rope and planted him right on his head before shoving him down a cage. That’s what I did to Pyro. The Killer that you couldn’t get away from. Well, I am a killer too. If this was a horror movie, everybody would die before I take a scratch. Mason may have the experience of being champion in Project Honor but he also has experienced losing that belt real quick. It’s not a matter of if anymore… WHEN I become the Noble Champion, nobody is taking it off me. NO FUCKING BODY! Christian can try to keep me away from the title for as long as he wants. But I’ll make sure that my ascension to the top is UNDENIABLE! Put me in these deathmatches. I’ll put my life on the line every fucking week if I have to! But you’re only going to make my job easier. When half of your employees are dead or left with a fate worse than that-- You will have no choice but to let me grab the piece of gold and CROWN me as your new King. I have reigned EVERYWHERE I have been before and Project Honor will be no different. And maybe then it will get into the heads of these fucking morons-- Maybe then they’ll break out of their delusions. One man is just a fucking cosplay. One thinks that he’s a savior but he sure as shit will not be able to save his career after he loses yet again. And one has Destruction in his name when the irony is that his destruction is imminent! They will all fall and take a knee before me. They will all suffer the consequences of getting me angry. And BOY am I angry. Project Honor stole Jason Long from me… I will take EVERYTHING away from them. And it starts with your death, Chris. You will be lost in the abyss for the rest of eternity. YOU WILL FAIL ME NO LONGER!! So long, Christopher. Rot for what you have done. You will never see another day again.”
He picks Chris up by his hair and pushes him towards the void. Chris instinctively tries to hold on but Havoc wouldn’t have it. He runs in with a Dead Trigger knee to the face of Chris sending him falling down into the endless void. Chris lets out a scream, that slowly fades away as he got further away. With a content look on his face, Havoc slams the exit door shut.

The camera is zoomed in on the face of Chris as he suddenly sits upright on the bed. Hana is startled as she sees her boyfriend get up in the middle of the night.
“What happened? Everything okay?”
"Chris" turns towards Hana with a faint smirk on his face.
“Never been better.”
His eyes turn red as the screen fades to black with nothing but the red eyes staring into the void.
