As "Rats" By Ghost begins to play, the lights in the area begin to flash between bright green and yellow lights. A mischief of rats begins to scurry out from behind the curtains followed by Percival "Ratman" Burque and Rasputin. Ratman has a large smile and wide eyes as he looks to the crowd. The rats scurry around while Ratman moves his hands as if he's conducting the rats along with the music.

Ratman begins to march to the ring conducting his rats as they continue to swarm the ramp. Ratman begins to conduct toward the crowd who begin to sway with the music. As Ratman Approaches the bottom of the ring he approaches the guardrail to hive five and handshake his adoring fans. Many fans are all holding their hands out but as the Ratman approached, the fans recoiled holding their hands to their noses instead. Each group of fans that would do this, Ratman would just smile and wave as he continued marching on. Rasputin follows Ratman's lead hobbling toward the ring.

Ratman gets to the base of the ring where the rats scurry toward Ratman and run around him as he begins to sway back and forth to the music, lifting his arms into the air. Ratman looks to the sky while closing his eyes and begins to slowly spin in a circle. Ratman stops after a full rotation and opens his eyes. He then conducts the rats to go back up the ramp past Rasputin. Papercut jumps out of Ratman's pocket and almost looks as if he's waving to the crowd. Ratman pushes Papercut back into the pocket as he climbs the stairs and jumps over the top rope with surprising acrobatic finesse. Rasputin then makes his way around to the apron at Ratman's corner and checks under the ring for possible goodies to assist Ratman with if needed.

Ratman marches around the ring waving at the crowd before making his way to the center. Ratman looks around to the fans and runs in a small circle then goes to his corner as the lights return to normal.

Percival "Ratman" Burque was born into high society sometime in the late 90s, where his parents, who were very high, all the time, abandoned Percival, or Percy for short, on the streets. His adoptive father Rasputin Burque, or so he calls himself, found young Percival and took him to his sewer home where he raised Percy in his own image, smelly and homeless. Rasputin did his best to instill his good in Percy which he did as well but, Percy grew fonder of the sewer lifestyle than Rasputin had hopped. Percy made friends with the critters he shared his home with and talked with them as if they understood each other. Rasputin taught Percy the ways of the world and the places in which he would be safe to go to for food and water. Percy often tried to just drink the sewer water, and still occasionally does to this day, but was scolded for doing so. Percy would get through his childhood with few incidents due to Rasputin's teachings.

In his late teens, Percy had snuck away from the sewers to see a live wrestling show he had found a poster for. After sneaking into the arena, Percy could not believe what he had seen. The lights! The sweat! The smells! This had felt more like home than any place other than the sewers he had been before! After returning home Percy who had adopted the moniker, "Ratman", at this point asked his rat companions if any of them were familiar with Pro Wrestling. This is when Percy met Papercut, the super wrestling rat. It was papercut who instilled all his wrestling knowledge into Percy. After a few years passed, it was finally time for The Ratman to try out for any wrestling company he could. This is when he found an add for Project: Honor. Ratman decided now was his time. After getting lucky, and using all he had learned and seen from previous tryouts, he finally got accepted. Ratman had won his dream job as a Jobber for A Pro Wrestling Company. He still doesn't really know what Jobber means, but he's here to prove he can wrestle with the best!
