ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION:
*TSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH*
The sound of television static flows through the sound system as the lights dim. A single spotlight flashes down onto the edge of the entranceway, and as the hiss of the static fades into "Wake Up" by Rage Against the Machine, we see the word "SYNDICATE" appear in massive white letters on the overhead videoboard.
#Although ya try to discredit
Ya still never edit
The needle, I'll thread it
Radically poetic
Soon enough, we see Syndicate himself step into the glow of the spotlight, a cocky smile plastered across his stubbled face. Dressed in a black leather jacket with a white tank top underneath, as well as blue denim jeans and black Under Armour sneakers, the Los Angeles Outlaw pushes back his long, stringy blonde hair before stretching his arms outward into his signature crucifix pose.
RING ANNOUNCER: Making his way to the ring, from the City of Angels, weighing 224 pounds, he is the Los Angeles Outlaw...SYYYYNNNNNNDICATEEEEEEE!
#Standin' with the fury that they had in '66
And like E-Double I'm mad
Still knee-deep in the system's shit
Syndicate drops his arms and makes his way down to the ring, jaw-jacking with fans in the front row as he does so, before jumping up onto the apron, holding onto the top rope, and leaning forward towards the crowd. The lights in the arena strobe on and off as Syndicate stares out at the legion of fans surrounding him, his eyes piercing the hard camera lens.
#WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!
WAKE UP!
With his sick, sick smile still present, the Los Angeles Outlaw steps into the ring, climbs the nearest turnbuckle and spreads his arms out into another crucifix pose before jumping down and stretching himself out on the ropes.

BIOGRAPHY
Sydney Maxwell Irvine was born in Apter, Tennessee, on July 21st, 1992. As he was growing up, Sydney and his older brother, Colt, would watch professional wrestling each and every week, and they both developed a passion for the sport as a result. The brothers joined the Apter High School wrestling team, and both were predicted to be state champions in their respective weight classes. However, during the offseason before Sydney's junior year, right as he and Colt were about to be named co-captain of the team, a nasty accident occurred during a mock wrestling match between the brothers on their backyard trampoline. Colt, ever the jokester, grabbed Sydney's head and went for a DDT, but the mesh trampoline could not take the pressure of both men landing in the same spot and ripped, sending Sydney careening into a metal bar underneath, substantially injuring him while somehow leaving Colt without a scratch. As a result, Sydney missed the wrestling season and had to watch as his brother won his second individual state wrestling championship, something that Syndicate still resents to this day.
Jealous of Colt's success and apparent lack of care for his health, Sydney hopped on a Greyhound bus and left town for the bright lights of Los Angeles, California. Without a penny to his name or anyone to connect with, he worked at a decrepit gym to both hone his skills and save up enough for bonafide wrestling school, which he soon began attending. After a few short stints in some small Los Angeles-based federations, Syndicate received a "prove-it" contract offer from the World Wrestling eXistence in 2013, which he gladly accepted. He ended up spending eight years with the company, winning nine World titles over that span and becoming one of their top stars.
In 2020, Syndicate's desire for respect from his peers drove him over the brink of insanity. After a few weeks of soul-searching and isolation, Syndicate transformed himself from the Los Angeles Outlaw into the Wrestling God. He saw himself not only as the best professional wrestler on earth, but an immortal being that has been tasked with saving all of humanity from the dark influence of disrespect that clouded the world around him. In the ensuing months, Syndicate ran roughshod over the WWX in what he called his holy Mission to "save" the federation from certain ruin, and even though resistance came at him from all sides - including from his own brother Colt, when the two spoke for the first time in twelve years - Sydney Irvine remained dedicated towards bringing the WWX to "Valhalla", with himself firmly situated on top. He had believed he was the "hero" of the story, bringing the WWX to eternal glory, but in reality, he was never accepted by his peers in the first place...and he never would be.
By early 2021, there was no competition left in the WWX to resist Syndicate's quest for vengeance, and so once he won his ninth WWX World Heavyweight title, he left the company and took a few months off to refocus his mind and rest his body. This effort has been successful, as Syndicate has managed to fully suppress the "Wrestling God" persona and return to his "normal" self - through the help of some counseling. But that hunger for respect, that desire to be considered as the best professional wrestler in the world, never went away, and so now - against the best wishes of his wife, his agent, and his brother - Syndicate decided to join Project: Honor as he continues to hunt for the respect that he will never deserve to gain.
His first few months on the Fallout roster didn't go as planned, losing match after match and missing out on coveted championship opportunities. He did find a bread crumb of success, winning a Four-Way Reverse Elimination match and earning a shot at the Legacy Championship, but after back-to-back failures against Jason Long and Julius Fairweather, Syndicate's future seemed quite bleak. On top of that, his wife, Sophie, wanted him to quit wrestling for good, while his agent and friend, JJ Kline, wanted him to come and work for his sports agency. The Outlaw was left without a purpose, nothing to fight for, and no one left in his corner. He resigned himself to wandering the streets of Los Angeles, alone, as he tried to figure out a path forward...

...and it was in that vulnerable state that he was first approached by the Triad, a clandestine group of individuals that purportedly seek to "free" Syndicate's soul. Syndicate initially dismissed them as stalkers and tried to move on with his life, but the Triad was persistent. They've seemingly been watching him at all hours of the day, even managing to infiltrate the Project: Honor ring crew and confront him backstage. They called his phone every day for weeks on end, demanding that he visit their headquarters in person. They even openly threatened his own wife's safety if he failed to comply. That last tactic finally sent Syndicate over the edge, and on one fateful night in October - just days before his main-event match with Elena DeDraca at Bloodshed - Syndicate was brought to their "Sanctum" for the first time. There, he met with the Triad's leaders: Ucho, the One who Hears...Oko, the One who Sees...and the apparent brains of the entire operation, Ruka. The Triad offered to "rehabilitate" Syndicate, and to convince him to accept their offer, Ruka successfully tapped into Syndicate's deepest fear - being forgotten by those around him. Although the Los Angeles Outlaw was extremely close to walking away and calling the police, one fateful moment changed everything.

Bloodbath. Halloween night, Las Vegas. In what others saw as one of the biggest upsets in Project: Honor history, Syndicate managed to knock off "The British Raven", Elena DeDraca, and capture the Legacy Championship. Buzzing from the career-defining victory, Syndicate went home to Los Angeles and expected his life to be better...but nothing had changed in the slightest. Sophie was as unsupportive as ever. JJ only seemed to care about the extra profits that came with becoming champion.

And just like the last time Syndicate was left to his own devices, the Triad came in and took advantage of the new Legacy Champion's emotions to draw him even closer. Syndicate was on top of the world...but his newfound success only distracted from the true threats around him. Blinded by the desire to remain champion at all costs, he returned to "The Sanctum" and gave in to the Triad's wishes. After submitting to the organization's three "trials", it was revealed that Fallout General Manager - and leader of the heinous stable, "True Society" - Arik Holt was behind it all, having paid off the Triad with the goal of bringing Syndicate into the fold, an effort that turned out to be extremely successful.

With nowhere else to turn and desperate to keep his Legacy title at all costs, Syndicate shook hands with the devil and joined True Society. Now, he stands as a ruthless, fierce competitor at the top of the food chain, looking to keep his spot...and destroy the world that held him down for so long.
