A small white box appears up in the top left corner, showing the television rating as ‘TV-MA’ with the letters ‘LSV’ underneath it.
The sounds of an alarm going off from the darkness echo, before ‘The Final Countdown’ (Metal Cover) by Leo Moracchioli begins to play over the black screen.
An image of the words ‘Elite 7’ start in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
An image of the words ‘Medal of Honor' starts in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
An image of the Warrior Rising Championship, side by side with the Ascension Championship, starts in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
An image of the X-Factor Championship, side by side with the Noble Championship, starts in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
An image of the Grand Championship, side by side with the Prime Championship, starts in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
An image of the Tag Team Championship Titles start in the middle of the screen, like a dot, before flying forward to take up the entire screen.
Then finally the Legacy Championship Title slowly fades into view, directly in the middle of the screen. It quickly cuts to black.
Finally the words ‘THE EDGE’ appear on the screen, out of the darkness.
We’re leaving together,
But still it’s farewell.
Our television screens begin to transmit recorded action, showing Eli Atlas use the branding iron on Daniel Horror to win the Ascension Championship.
And maybe we’ll come back
To earth, who can tell?
Switch to the moment that Jason Long punted Kayla Richards with the Vanity Killer.
I guess there is no one to blame.
We’re leaving ground. (Leaving ground)
Fade to a shot of Aiden landing the Gold Coast Cutter onto the big man, Ozymandias.
Will things ever be the same again?
Switch to the film of Indy Darling connecting with Independents Day on Blair Regent.
Flash to the Julius Fairweather hitting the Foot Fuckin’ Master onto Drago Santiago.
Finally a video of Mark Hunter using the ropes to pin Dickie Watson.
It’s the final countdown!
The Final Countdown!
The video pauses on Mark Hunter holding the Grand Championship into the air. It slowly fades to black, before coming to a live feed showing not James Edgebrook...but it is Fallout’s redheaded ring announcer, Clara Olson sitting behind the usual silver desk. Dressed in a green dress, her red hair flows gently to her shoulders. The words ‘THE EDGE’ shine on the monitor behind her as the music slowly fades.
CLARA OLSON: Hello everyone and WELCOME to The Edge. I know some of you may be confused as I look nothing like your usual host, James Edgebrook. But after his actions on Fallout last week, Rock Johnson asked that he take the week off of The Edge hosting duties. So instead, you get to see me way more than you usually do.
A soft smile crosses Clara’s lips.
CLARA OLSON: Last week on both brands, it can’t be described as anything other than eventful. We saw one title change hands and only one title holder win when eight of the nine Champions were active.
The words ‘New Talent’ appear on the screen behind her.
CLARA OLSON: But before we talk about what is going on in the future of Project: Honor...let’s do the usual thing and welcome in our new faces.
The camera zooms in on the monitor behind Clara, where we see headshots of all the new roster members.
We pan out from the monitor showing Tyler and Alice. Clara flashes a smile again when she comes into view.
CLARA OLSON: Yeah, we lost some more of the dead weight around here and even saw Kagome Akaibara get traded over to Fallout...but Project: Honor still stands on a roster of forty people! That’s not bad at all! So welcome Tyler, welcome Alice.
The pictures of Tyler and Alice fade to ‘The Edge’ logo.
CLARA OLSON: Now I know with exception to last week, James liked to go over some tweets from our own roster members. But recently I feel that Twitter has become ever more toxic than normal. So with that, I’m not even going to show the tweet logo. So let’s just head to commercials and we can come back with our Elite Seven...sound good to you? Sounds like a plan to me.
Back from commercial and we see Clara Olson standing in front of a monitor with the words ‘ELITE 7’ on it.
CLARA OLSON: Are you ready for our Elite seven of the TENTH episode of The Edge? Let’s do this!
The words ‘Number Seven’ appear below the ‘Elite 7’
CLARA OLSON: Moving back up into the Elite...
Last Match: Defeated Amber Payne, Record: 6-2, Movement: Up.
CLARA OLSON: Welcome back to the Elite, Ms Winterborn. After falling short at The Crowning, Kasey earned her way back into the Elite by defeating Amber Payne and MAYBE earning her way into a Noble Championship Match at Wired Consequences.
The photo of Kasey fades out to the words ‘Elite 7: Number Six’.
CLARA OLSON: Next up...
Last Match: No Contest w/ Big Drip Productions & Lance Williams versus Legacy & Eaun Hill, Record: 3-3, Movement: 2 Down.
CLARA OLSON: TJ is still the Proving Ground Warrior Rising Champion, but he and the rest of his little Bandcamp wanna-be’s couldn’t pull one over on Legacy this past week. What was meant to be a large scrum, turned out to be a free-for-all that was won by none.
TJ Thompson’s photo quickly transitions to the words ‘Elite 7: Number Five’.
CLARA OLSON: Here we are to the original five...and wow...
Last Match: Lost to Mark Hunter - Grand Championship Match, Record: 9-3, Movement: 2 Down.
CLARA OLSON: Were you ready to see Dickie Watson this low on the list of the Elite? I can tell you I was not ready to put him this low. But after some big steps by others and his unfortunate loss at last week’s Proving Ground...The Molotov has fallen slightly. While we still don’t underestimate him as no one should, this only makes the man from Moscow even more dangerous.
The words ‘Elite 7: Number Four’ replace the picture of Dickie Watson
CLARA OLSON: And one of the people who pushed him down...
Last Match: Defeated Dickie Watson - Grand Championship Match, Record 3-2, Movement: Up.
CLARA OLSON: Mark Hunter came into Project: Honor and quickly made some noise by defeating Indy Darling and by winning the Purge Match at Unbreakable Resolution. After a couple bad outings, Mark turned in that Purge reward and made the most of it by using everything he could to do something no one has ever done within PH walls...pin Dickie down for the three count.
Fade out to the words ‘Elite 7: Number Three’.
CLARA OLSON: And then moving on up...
Last Match: Defeated Ozymandias, Record 5-1, Movement 3 Up.
CLARA OLSON: Aiden responded to losing his Legacy Chamber Match, by taking down one of the biggest baddies on Proving Ground. Coupled with some losses or bad showings by other Elite, help in pulling the Australian Wolf farther up the ladder of the seven.
The picture of Aiden is quickly replaced by the words ‘Elite 7: Number Two’.
CLARA OLSON: Pulling in at the best of the runner-ups...
Last Match: N/A, Record 5-0, Movement: 1 Down.
CLARA OLSON: But Clara...Elena was number one. She is the Legacy Champion. How could she fall? I agree with Edgebrook that inactivity could lead to someone dropping a spot or two. And with how close Elena and Shawn were last week, inactivity is the only culprit.
Elena DeDraca’s picture fades to the words ‘Elite 7: Number One’. The letters (and number) are highlighted in gold and have added depth to them, to make them look as if they are popping off the screen.
CLARA OLSON: And with that being said...
Last Match: No Contest w/Legacy & Eaun Hill versus Big Drip Productions & Lance Williams , Record 21-1, Movement 1 Up.
CLARA OLSON: Shawn Warstein finally takes his place atop the Elite list. Yeah, he may not have won his match...but he didn’t lose either. And technically, didn’t he win with us all when he deleted Big Dip’s music from the servers? He’s the real M-V-P.
Clara winks as the monitor shows the entire Elite 7 list.
The screen hangs on the shot of the Elite 7 one more time before going back to ‘The Edge’ logo, with Clara standing next to it.
CLARA OLSON: I think all that excitement has earned us a commercial break. Let’s head to them and come back with some predictions...shall we?
We fade back in from the commercial break to see Clara Olson sitting at the prediction table, with no extra chairs around her.
CLARA OLSON: And we are back! Now is the time where James calls out a guest and they bicker back and forth about who is going to win on the upcoming shows. But instead, I’m just going to predict some matches by myself.
An image of James Edgebrook appears on the monitor behind her. A few stats appear below his image: “Last Show: 10-4, Overall: 44-39”
An image of Alara Adams appears on the monitor, next to James’ picture. Stats appear under her image as well: “Last Show: 8-7, Overall: 28-19”
An image of Arik Holt appears on the monitor, next to Alara’s picture. Stats appear under his image as well: “Last Show: 10-4, Overall: 10-4”
An image of Lil Petey appears on the monitor, next to Arik’s picture. Stats appear under his image as well: “Last Show: 5-1, Overall: 5-1”
All of the images fade out and are replaced by the words “Fallout III: Calm Before The Storm”.
CLARA OLSON: After what happened between Daniel and Crash at last week’s Fallout...I don’t know if they can survive together against SEX. I think Daniel will turn on Crash quicker than we could turn Daniel the Cow into a choice cut steak.
CLARA OLSON: Kasey is sitting at pretty at number seven of the Elite seven, Zack seems to worried about his past in EWC, and Kagome is coming over to Fallout in a ‘For Cash’ type trade with Proving Ground. I think Kagome will be a force, but Kasey is Kasey.
CLARA OLSON: Eli Atlas stepped up and took the Ascension Championship from Daniel Horror last week. And then as he was celebrating, Amber came in and took him out from behind. While she has a shot this week, it seems she gets a second shot no matter what at Wired Consequences. I think Eli holds onto his title...but Amber still will be looming.
CLARA OLSON: I still don’t see why all these women and men alike swoon over Dex Griffin. I just don’t feel like my man should be trying harder to look good than me. And between these two men...I haven’t seen this much ink since I used to watch reruns of Inked. But I think Pyro pulls off the victory, before heading onto bigger and better things.
CLARA OLSON: Jason Long surprised us all last week by pulling one over on Kayla Richards. Kallie, meanwhile, is just starting to come into her own on the Fallout scene. I think for the second show in a row, Jason comes out the victor...but just barely. I still expect Kallie to surprise us.
CLARA OLSON: Fresh Fallout face Finale, faces a pissed off Kayla Richards in a match style that is supposed to be befitting of her Championship. While they could be facing each other at Wired Consequences, depending on fan voting...I still think Kayla gets some aggression out after last week’s loss.
CLARA OLSON: The heavy hitters come rolling in as Contessa Floran brings that fire to the Coolest Cat In the Land! A little pre-Prime warm up has these two fighting for a chance to have a leg-up...but ain’t nobody goin’ to be stoppin’ the baddest motherfucker on Fallout.
CLARA OLSON: And what could turn out to be an epic match...and very well could have been the Main Event itself for Wired Consequences...the Legacy Champion versus the Prime Champion. Someone is going to be walking out of Italy with a pint less of blood. I see the gorgeous Elena stepping out of this one, taking her undefeated record into the pay-per-view.
The monitor changes to the words “Proving Ground XII: The Feast”.
CLARA OLSON: Betsy coming over to Project: Honor to finally join SHawn and James...meanwhile Tyler comes in here anew. I think the Impossible Traveler puts her foot down and makes Tyler scream ‘No More!’.
CLARA OLSON: Blair is coming off a failed attempt to take Indy’s X-Factor Championship, while Pat was just quieted by Fallout’s Kagome. While Pat can be intimidating at times, I don’t think Blair will be too intimidated. Blair with the ‘W’.
CLARA OLSON: Eaun seems hungry for that Warrior Rising Championship, but TJ is trying to keep the title around his own waist. I seriously think Eaun walks out of the Unipol Arena with the ability to call himself a champion
Clara stares blankly at the camera.
CLARA OLSON: James...by a mile.
CLARA OLSON: So much testosterone on one side, so much glam on the other. I think Emmanuelle and MYOJIN use their ability to get past the ego and the bruiser.
Clara fights to hold back a smile, lets out a slight giggle.
CLARA OLSON: Are you guys fucking with me? Seriously? You have to be joking, right?
Clara shakes her head in disbelief.
CLARA OLSON: Shawn...by two miles.
CLARA OLSON: How come Aiden’s match photo, he looks normal...but his Elite seven photo looks like he had botox injections under his eyes?
All she can muster is a shrug.
CLARA OLSON: This is going to be a damn good match. Can Hunter and Indy work together to take on The Commonwealth? How PISSED is Dickie going to be once he steps foot in that ring with Mark again? Fuck it...Commonwealth. Dickie’s hatred for Mark at this point, would be too great to just ignore.
The monitor switches to the Edge logo once more.
CLARA OLSON: And that seems to be it. Let’s see if I can make a Queen Sweep or not. Probably not, but why the hell not shoot for the stars...amirite?
We return back from the Wired Consequences commercial, to see Clara standing in front of a monitor with The Edge logo on it.
CLARA OLSON: And here we are with the final segment of the show, our Medal of Honor ceremony. It’s where James, or myself, hands out the Medals of Honor…
She shakes her head slightly as she mumbles to herself.
CLARA OLSON: This numb-nuts has been saying Medal of Honors the whole time.
A final little giggle to herself and she begins to talk normally again.
CLARA OLSON: ...to all those who deserve them for the previous Fallout and Proving Ground shows.
The words ‘Best Promo’ appear on screen.
CLARA OLSON: Best Promo. The award is handed to the person or persons, who deliver the best promotional video for their match. Everyone is taken into account, watched over and over, then we come to a decision.
A picture of Shawn Warstein, James Raven, Betsy Granger, and Euan Hill all appear underneath the words ‘Best Promo’.
CLARA OLSON: It was amazing to see THAT MUCH talent in a promotional video. They took us on a ride and showed us the mountain that Big Drip has to climb at Wired Consequences. That’s going to be one hell of a match.
The screen goes blank for a moment, before showing the words ‘Segment Of The Night’.
CLARA OLSON: The Segment of the Night looks at the break between the action. Who showed up and entertained us the most. Who made us want to laugh, cry, pissed us off...just brought out that raw emotion.
A picture of Elena DeDraca under the words 'Segment Of The Night’
CLARA OLSON: Fuck the Tyrant...Elena is the Queen of Project: Honor. She came out with beauty and grace, spoke to us from the heart, and made us understand just what this all meant to her. She is what every little girl looks up to and every grown woman wants to be. Period.
The picture of the Legacy Champion in the Fallout ring fades away, replaced by the words ‘Feud Of The Night’.
CLARA OLSON: The Feud of the Night highlights a feud that is building or is starting. And while I want to throw Mark Hunter and Dickie Watson out for the second week in a row, or the brewing Battle for the Tag Team Championships...something with more hate and more vileness is brewing in Project: Honor.
Pictures of James Edgebrook and Julius Fairweather fade in underneath ‘Feud Of The Night’.
CLARA OLSON: James Edgebrook took this battle of words that Julius started, to heart. For show after show, you could see on The Edge...just how it was getting to James. And then at Fallout, Edgebrook took it to the next level and made things physical by attacking Fairweather. This slow burn is only getting hotter and with such lackluster options for them to battle at Wired Consequences, I only see this flame building until things must get decided in that ring.
‘Spot Of The Night’ replaces the picture of Edgebrook and Fairweather
CLARA OLSON: Bumps, falls, spots...we all love them...we all crave to see them. Spot of the Night highlights who grabbed us with that ‘wow’ factor. Who made the crowd look at the action with their mouths agape, before screaming ‘Holy Shit!’
The monitor starts to show footage from the Main Event of Proving Ground.
Dickie falls over onto his back and starts to breathe heavily. Both men get to their feet at the same time and exchange punches to the face. Mark somehow gets all the momentum in the world and kicks Dickie in the gut, THEN PULLS HIM IN POSITION FOR THE ANTIDOTE! HE STARTS THE SPIN, BUT DICKIE SPINS OUT! HE KICKS HIM IN THE GUT AND CONNECTS A JUMPING NECKBREAKER! DICKIE IS RUNNING FOR THE TOP ROPE! ADRENALINE! THE PHOENIX SPLASH CONNECTS ONTO MARK! DICKIE STAYS ON TOP FOR THE COVER! BUT WAIT! MARK ROLLS DICKIE OVER FOR A COVER OF HIS OWN! THEY’RE NEXT TO THE ROPES AND HE’S GOT HIS LEGS ON THEM! THE REF HAS NO IDEA!
TREY BOOKER: WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?!
J.T. PRICE: EVERYTHING HAPPENED SO FAST! IS THIS IT?!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
The whole arena becomes silent as “Feel Invincible” by Skillet blasts through the speakers. Mark Hunter quickly rolls out of the ring. The ref is handed the Grand Championship and quickly runs it to Hunter who’s already halfway up the ramp. Mark pushes the ref away after taking the belt and holds it as high as he can.
HOLLY PEREZ: Here is your winner… AND THE NEW GRAND CHAMPION… MARRRRKKKKKK HUNTTTERRRRRRR!!!
The monitor goes back to saying ‘Spot Of The Night’ and has a picture of Mark Hunter pinning Dickie Watson, with his legs on the ropes.
CLARA OLSON: Not many people expected Mark Hunter to topple Dickie Watson. But using the assistance of the ropes, was definitely NOT how ANYONE thought Dickie would lose the Grand Championship Title. The atmosphere alone is what makes this the spot of the night as it silenced an entire arena.
The words and picture on the screen, are replaced by ‘Match Of The Night’
CLARA OLSON: Match of the Night, best match of the back-to-back shows. This is a no-brainer.
Under the words ‘Match of The Night’ are pictures of Dickie Watson and Mark Hunter with the Grand Championship between them.
CLARA OLSON: These two gave it their everything and in the end it still took some trickery and shocked the world. How can that NOT be worth the Match of the Night?
‘The words ‘Medal Of Honor’ replace the entire Match of the Night image.
CLARA OLSON: And with that in mind, we move on to the Medal of Honor itself. Who stood out from the pack? Who stuck out their chest and put the rest of Project: Honor on call?
A picture of Mark Hunter appears on the screen.
CLARA OLSON: Mark just won the Grand Championship! He just did something nobody has done since Project: Honor opened...pinning Dickie Watson. Yeah, we all know he cheated. We all saw his legs on the ropes. But the record books only say Mark Hunter defeated Dickie Watson by pinfall. The record books only say that Mark Hunted is the Grand Champion. We know what happened...but that doesn’t make it any less amazing.
The monitor cuts to ‘The Edge’ logo.
CLARA OLSON: things are heating up on both shows as feuds progress, storylines continue, and the action keeps us coming back for more.
Clara nods smiles and nods her head.
CLARA OLSON: It has been an honor to be your host this week. You can catch me every other Thursday as the Fallout ring announcer.
‘The Final Countdown’ (Metal Cover) by Leo Moracchioli begins to play softly in the background.
CLARA OLSON: Let’s call it a night shall we? I’m Clara Olson and this was The Edge. Goodnight everyone!
Clara waves to the camera as it slowly starts to pan out.
The music fades out as we go to a black screen with a Project: Honor logo on it.

NEXT LEVEL WRESTLING presents:
ASCENDANCY X
LOCATION: Avron B. Fogelman Arena (New Orleans, LA)
DATE & TIME: March 6th, 2021 @ 7PM
We fade back in from the commercial break to see Clara Olson sitting at the prediction table, with no extra chairs around her.

DARK MATCH: Daniel Horror & Crash Rodriguez versus Sports Entertainment Xpress
CLARA OLSON: After what happened between Daniel and Crash at last week’s Fallout...I don’t know if they can survive together against SEX. I think Daniel will turn on Crash quicker than we could turn Daniel the Cow into a choice cut steak.
DARK MATCH: Kasey Winterborn versus Zack Tyler vs Kagome Akaibara
CLARA OLSON: Kasey is sitting at pretty at number seven of the Elite seven, Zack seems to worried about his past in EWC, and Kagome is coming over to Fallout in a ‘For Cash’ type trade with Proving Ground. I think Kagome will be a force, but Kasey is Kasey.
