ON CAMERA
Before anyone gets excited, this isn’t the Christmas-themed romantic movie you were all expecting. In fact, it’s not even a movie but something much more marvelous and enlightening for you all. This won’t have Hugh Grant in or Colin Firth, it’ll have someone far more appealing in Joseph Blaze. A man who doesn't claim to be a God but rather a messenger in Project Underground. Yes, Joseph Blaze is a religious man, yes, he does claim to be sending a message for The Savior but there is one thing you’re all missing… He doesn’t claim to be a God himself, just that he is doing The Savior’s work who may well be a God.
Speaking of sending a message, The Savior was standing in front of Joseph Blaze who was kneeling in front of him. Joseph’s protector Lurch stood guarding the door of the candle-lit room. For anyone else, this would be some sort of romantic setting but for The Savior, Joseph and Lurch it was far from that. There was no romance at all in that room, just two people and their Savior.
“Rise up, Joseph.” The Savior spoke as he placed his hand upon Joseph’s shoulder.
Once The Savior’s hand was gone from the shoulder of Joseph, he rose to his feet just as his Savior had asked.
“Joseph, my child. I’m very happy with the message you’re sending in Project Honor. There is one thing we have to discuss though. Gin Kuromiya. What that fool doesn’t realize is that he doesn’t even know who he is picking a fight with. I personally spoke with those I had to, to make sure I continued to be your trainer Joseph. I’m better than all of the trainers. When Gin and everyone else finds out who I am, they’re going to wish they joined us rather than stood against us. Joseph, I need you and Lurch to make an example out of Gin and you both know what happens if you fail me don’t you?”
All Joseph and Lurch do is give a nod towards their Savior as they rub their backs thinking about the punishment that would come their way.
“The time to find out who The Savior is, is coming. There will be no LOVE ACTUALLY lost either. I didn’t plan on ever revealing who I was but Gin took shots and Gin is going to find out just how much they’ve backfired on him. Not even Giovanni is going to be able to save you Gin. I can go as far to say, not even Jason Long could save you because I’ve already beaten him. It’s my LEGACY to return and show everyone just how much of a TYRANT I am. I’ve saved a lot of people and what some don’t realize I’ve also sacrificed a lot of people along the way too. I’ve done a lot of bad things but I’ve also done a lot of good too. I’m The Savior for a reason and if you chose to be against me that’s your first mistake. Just know Gin that you got lucky once against Joseph and Lurch but your luck has run out now. You started this war Gin. Project Honor isn’t ready for me to return again and take over but it’s tough. Project Honor has you to blame for what’s going to happen. I might not have a RAVEN to stand by my side but I do have a lot of people willing to sacrifice themselves to spread my message.”
As quick as The Savior was to strike, smoke appears and when the smoke disappears so has The Savior. Joseph and Lurch stand there like it’s something they’ve seen before.
“Wow! I’m sorry Gin but you really have messed up. Whether I wanted to help you or not it’s out of my hands now. I have a lot of LOVE to give but none of it is for you I’m afraid. Just like it’s The Savior’s LEGACY to do what he has to do, it’s also my LEGACY to do what I have to do. I’m happy to spread love and joy around the world but when The Savior gives the word, I’m also happy to spread pain and misery around. The Savior has given me that permission, you practically made that decision for him when you attacked Lurch and me when we were unaware like the coward you are. I know in that Bible that it says to forgive but there will be no forgiveness for you. I have plenty of hugs of positivity to share with others but you, I’d rather stand by and let you BURN IN HELL!!!”
As soon as Joseph Blaze is finished talking, Lurch opens the door and Joseph walks off out of the door. Lurch turns towards the already shit scared cameraman and just snarls at him and it’s the last thing you see. The cameraman obviously drops the camera as you hear something smashing before the screen goes blank.
OFF CAMERA
We’re in a graveyard, in front of one of the gravestones we can see Joseph Blaze kneeling down. He has just laid some flowers and a teddy bear down on the grave. As we see the gravestone itself, it says “Grace Blaze, Wife, Mother, and Daughter. Didn’t live a long life but lived a happy one. There is another name on it too. Chloe Blaze, Daughter of Grace and Joseph Blaze. You may not have lived your life but you were and always will be loved.”
“Grace, my beautiful wife. I’m sorry it’s been a few weeks since the last visit. I’m doing much better than the last time we spoke. Chloe, my beautiful little girl. I hope you’re behaving for your mother. One day we will all be together again. Until that day I promise to live my life and try to make you both proud. Thanks to The Savior I’m actually able to do that too. I miss you both so much and I love you.”
As Joseph continued to kneel down in front of his wife and unborn daughter's grave, you can see tears start to stream down his face. No matter how much time it’d been, he still couldn’t get used to them both being gone and never meeting his daughter.
ON CAMERA
“Jupiter.”
The source of the voice is soon clear as “The Messenger” Joseph Blaze walks into the shot and sits down in the armchair already placed for him to sit in. Obviously, Joseph isn’t alone as “The Protector” Lurch stands behind the armchair watching on.
“Have you ever loved someone so much, you'd give an arm for? Not the expression, no, literally give an arm for? When they know they're your heart, And you know you were their armor, And you will destroy anyone who would try to harm her.”
A smirk just appears on the face of Joseph as Lurch just stands there emotionless.
“Yeah, they’re Eminem lyrics. That doesn’t matter right now. What matters is that of course, Jupiter hasn’t loved someone that much. He’d rather go around ripping arms off for his sexual pleasure. Just look at the man. The only destruction that he does is for himself and not for someone he loves. I’m sorry Jupiter, you’re probably a really good guy under that macho man exterior but you have a face that only a mother loves and even then she’d have to be blind. Honestly, I’m sorry for being judgmental. How about after the match win or lose I give you a hug, what do you say big man?”
There is a short pause as if Joseph was giving Jupiter time to respond to him.
“Big man? Jupiter is not bigger than Lurch.”
It’s not often that Lurch speaks but Joseph can’t help but let out a chuckle.
“Lurch, I know he isn’t bigger than you. The Savior made you The Protector because you’re the biggest and strongest. Not even Planet Jupiter can match up to you. Now we’ve established that Lurch, let’s establish what love means to me.”
For the first time, we see a genuine smile on the face of Joseph and not a smirk or cheesy ass grin.
“Love at one point in my life meant absolutely everything to me. I mentioned those Eminem lyrics earlier. They’re actually relevant to what love meant to me. I would’ve given an arm for my pregnant wife. I’d have even given my life just for her and our unborn child to have survived. You see that’s because she was my heart and she knew that. I was meant to be her armor only the day my pregnant wife died. I wasn't her armor. I was at home decorating the nursery for our daughter who was yet to be born. I can admit that I was on a very dark road when I found out that my pregnant wife had died. I owe The Savior everything. He took me from the dark and put me back on track to enlightenment. Love to me now is nothing more than just a feeling that I used to have, a feeling that died along with my wife and unborn daughter. I’m not looking for any sympathy at all. I couldn’t care less what anyone else thought. What I do care about though is not only proving to my wife and daughter that I’m a better man but proving to The Savior that I am capable of sending a message as he requires of me.”
Taking a moment to compose himself, the trademark cheesy grin is back upon his face rather than the genuine smile he had before.
“Jupiter. Listen very carefully to me. I will be sending a message and I suggest that you don’t get in my way. As I mentioned earlier, you may well be a nice guy deep down but deep down is where you’ll end up if you get in my way. I’m not going to fail The Savior. LOVE ACTUALLY might mean a lot to you or may not but there will be no love lost between us. As I’ve said before, win or lose I’ll give you a hug but we both know I’m not going to lose. I have faith and belief on my side. Unfortunately for you the only powerful thing you have is that bushy unibrow of yours. Let me do the world a favor and enlighten you and cut that hideous thing off. I’ll even see if Little Miss Sunshine can recommend her eyebrow person to you so your eyebrows can be on fleek too.”
Just saying that made Joseph shudder all over.
“Really? Who says on fleek and actually feels good saying it? Let me enlighten you some more, Jupiter. What people seem to forget is that I’m not just known as The Messenger but I am also Project Underground’s Omen. Whether that’s a good omen or a bad omen you decide. I’ll be seeing you soon Jupiter. Jupiter will not crush. Jupiter will not smash. And Jupiter will not win. Jupiter will get a hug though so no need to cry.”
Getting to his feet, Joseph stands there and holds his arms out wide with a smirk upon his face as Lurch shoves the armchair out of the way and stands behind him with one hand on Joseph’s shoulder. The room starts to fill up with smoke as the cameraman starts to choke but as quickly as the room is filled with smoke it disappears again and the cameraman is all alone as the scene fades out to the sound of a high-pitched scream.
