Down and Out?
The scene opens to LeeAnn Morgan walking in a corridor, her black mini dress clinging to her bodily frame with each step. Her heels clicking on the tile floor below her feet. She turns a corner, her petite frame disappearing before the camera catches up. LeeAnn yells across the way at someone. ”Jess!”
LeeAnn keeps walking as she approaches the other female, revealed to be Valiant Wrestling’s own Jessica Anderson. LeeAnn hugs Jessica as she pulls away, looking up and down her friend, admiring her beauty. ”Look at you! You are simply amazing.”
Jessica did a slight twirl as she grabs LeeAnn by the hand, speaking softly. ”Your turn to twirl!”
LeeAnn twirls lightly as she smiles briefly as the women began walking, hand in hand, along the hall, sometimes skipping lightly. They come to a restaurant as they have a seat and look over the menu. Jessica seems to constantly be looking at LeeAnn. LeeAnn peers over her menu blushing lightly. ”What?”
Jessica shakes her head side to side. ”Nothing. Just so proud of how well you have been doing in the business that I love. I mean, Project Honor and PWValor are not slouch companies and you are hanging with the biggest and best in those companies. People like Angelo Caito and Jennie Fenix. You are picking the best of the best to fight and win or lose, you are hanging right alongside them. You are someone this business could build around for years to come.”
LeeAnn sips her water as she orders a bottle of Pinot Grigio. She speaks to Jessica lightly, the fading bruise still visible on the right side of her face. ”This bruise says otherwise. This bruise is a constant reminder that I am a loser. A constant reminder that Angelo got the best of me. The constant reminder that I am not the GateKeeper Champion.”
The wine arrives as Jessica pours them each a glass. She smiles as she raises her glass for a toast. ”To LeeAnn Morgan. A great friend and an even greater wrestler. To the woman who is showing that this business is constantly evolving.”
LeeAnn raises her glass as they clink together. The women take a sip as Jessica continues. ”LeeAnn, you may not be the GateKeeper champion because Angelo Caito was more of a bitch than a female dog is but you are on your way to bigger and better things. You are someone who will continue to step through the doors opened up for you. You are someone who has put a lot of people on notice and are showing you aren’t scared of a damn thing. If I had more friends like you then I wouldn’t be LeeAnn’s jobber.”
The ladies laugh at the obvious inside joke as Jessica chuckles and speaks again. ”And you are Jessica’s Champion for a reason. You are someone who will prove to be the World’s Champion. You will continue to make waves in Project Honor. I just know it and the world knows it. The world doesn’t deserve people like you, LeeAnn. They simply don’t deserve absolute perfection. Mind, body, and soul. You are perfection personified. You are too good for this business and this world. Thank you for gracing both and thank you for gracing my life.”
LeeAnn sips her wine again as she blushes and speaks again. ”Thank you for that but I am not that great ya know. I have my faults, we all do. I am far from perfect. I thank you for your kind words.”
The two women continue drinking their wine as the scene fades to black,

The scene opens to LeeAnn Morgan in her hotel room. She smirks as she speaks into the camera. ”There was a time in which I thought I was perfect in this company. I came in at Black Friday and won a title shot. Angelo Caito took that opportunity away from me, not by beating me, but by fucking around and smashing a brick on my fucking face.
That is neither here nor there though. Besides Angelo, there is one more person who needs to get the comeuppance. DIANA. The one person who has beaten me in this company. DIANA, did you have fun bragging about getting lucky against me? Is it fun saying you are the best? At least on that day? Don’t get a big head, you won’t be getting lucky again here. You won’t be able to brag any longer. I am already a different person than I was a few shows ago. I already know I am better. I am better than you. Deep down you know it as well.
You know you got lucky a few weeks ago and when you saw the card you simply couldn’t believe I was there across from you. Happy fucking New Year DIANA. New year, new me and all that jazz. Completely forget what happened the last time you go lucky against me. Completely throw that victory out the window because, in the grand landscape of things, it doesn’t fucking mean anything. You can’t live on that victory for the rest of your life. I won’t allow it.
Maybe Jessica is right, maybe I am simply perfect and need to just show it. Maybe I need to begin that plight by making an example out of you. Maybe I need to completely evisirate you and maim you so you are unrecognizable to anyone and everyone. Maybe I need to make it so, if the worst were to happen to you, they’d need dental records to identify you. Maybe I need to end you once and for all.
Maybe I need to take a step back and realize that you and Angelo Caito are more alike than anyone realizes. The only difference is he has a title and you won’t sniff gold around here. You won’t be able to do anything and my dominance will be on display at the Rat Race. You are done and I am done with you.”
