ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION (OPTIONAL): The 'tron screen fills with static. While the crowd is fixated on it, Charlie Barlow appears in the ring. Occasionally, if their opponent is already in it, they'll simply rush straight at them. If their opponent still has yet to arrive, they'll scope out the more dangerous portions of the ring.

WEAPON OF CHOICE: VHS tape. 

1. Open-Hand Slaps, Punches, and Fist-Based Blows: Barlow drives their fists into the skull of their opponent repeatedly, using their hands to cause as much damage as is physically possible. Occasionally, they'll taunt a bloodied or downed opponent by slapping them whilst on the ground, before going for a killing blow. 

2. Stomps and Kicks: While Barlow's Late Fee is by-far the most effective stomp in their arsenal, they're not afraid to utilize various other wrist-lock stomps and other kicks to a prone opponent to draw blood and do damage. 

3. Knees: As many wrestlers have realized-and Barlow is no stranger-the knee is as dangerous as it is fragile. Barlow typically wraps theirs with duct-tape and lines it with other sharp implements and stiff objects if possible so as to make their knee the deadliest in the ring. Basic knee strikes mixed with Kamigoye and wristlock-style strikes make for a deadly weapon. 

4. Elbows and Forearms: Barlow will often use the sharper points of their arms-their elbows and forearms, particularly-to draw blood and cause more damage. In certain instances, Barlow will wear an opponent down with various strikes before going for a knockout blow with a roaring elbow. 

5. Repetition To Effect: At times, certain moves will be 'spammed' if Barlow finds themselves in a position to deliver. This includes superkicks, stomps, boots in a corner, and running face-washes so as to keep an opponent down and out. 

6. War of Attrition: Barlow will occasionally decide to focus a limb, especially if they note that they've injured it early on in a bout. This may include an arm, leg, knee, or other body part that becomes vulnerable. With a great deal of fixation and focus, Barlow will employ some submission techniques and likely set up for a killing blow. 

7. Aim For The Soft Parts: Low-Blows, Eye-Pokes, Eye-Rakes, and other mangling maneuvers are common in Barlow's arsenal. They'll often go for anything that's soft and supple enough to lead to a killing blow. 

8. It Fucking Burns: Barlow will often employ red or black mist. Both work effectively.

1. 'Video Nasty'

Barlow hooks their opponent in a half-hatch hold, and repeatedly drives a knee into their face. This move often follows a busting-open of an opponent, leading to them seeping blood all over Barlow's knee and leg. 

2. 'Real Fucking Shame'

Barlow locks in a grounded double-wristlock, with their opponent either face-up or face-down, and repeatedly stomps on their opponent's head and throat (if facing upward) or just their head (if facing downward.) This move is often employed in the ruins of tacks, glass, or anything else. 

3. 'Face For Radio'

Barlow pulls an opponent in with a ripcord or counters into a whip, before driving them back with a nasty Reverse Swinging STO, occasionally into an exposed turnbuckle.

4. 'Lost In Stereo.'

While focusing an opponent's arm and neck, Barlow will roll through into an arm-trapped STF, often wrenching back to do as much damage to their neck and shoulder as possible in a short window of time. 

5. 'Poorest Of Forms'

Poison 'Rana, often done as a counter to a powerbomb or any lifting move. 

1. 'Late Fee'

After dropping an opponent to a four-post or kneeling position, Barlow gets a running start and drives their head and neck into the canvas with a leaping Mushroom Stomp. If kneeling, this is often done from behind or with a step-up. If on a four-post, usually just running. In deathmatches, Barlow will occasionally put one of their patented VHS tapes into the mouth of their victim before stomping their head into the ground. 

2. 'Lost In Stereo///redux'

Standard Lost In Stereo Arm-Trapped STF, but Barlow will drive their elbow into the skull of their opponent repeatedly before wrenching their own body back and nearly bridging to do as much damage as possible. This is often attempted only when the traditional move has failed in various points in the match. 

3. 'Final Girl Killer (FGK)'

Gutwrench Piledriver, often from a grounded position so that Barlow lifts their opponent up for a half-second before spiking them into the canvas. Save this for big matches. 

Urban legends follow Charlie Barlow, the renegade competitor who seemingly appeared from nowhere with a bag of old VHS tapes and a mission of vengeance. Most stories claim that they trained to wrestle along the west coast under the influence of some old, washed-out deathmatch has-beens, before returning to the heartland of America and making a name for themselves in a series of impressive deathmatch performances. Others say that they're a wrestling prodigy who got bored with the whole technical prowess thing and created an identity that would leave no connection to their past self. Even others say that they're not a wrestler at all, just the manifestation of queer rage and flagrant fury given flesh. All that's truly known is when Barlow arrives, expect some tapes to be broken, and some fucking skulls to be shattered.
