The screen turns on with Ratman’s throne in its standard placement below a manhole.
Ratman: Thank you, Papercut! Come, join me in my throne.
Papercut scurries across the floor and jumps onto the armrest of the garbage throne. Ratman looks at the camera and lets loose a wild grin.
Ratman: Hello viewers and wrestlers of Project: Honor alike. I am Ratman, Wrestling Supreme. I feel it may be best to reintroduce myself as many of you may not have seen me before as I will be a participant in Fallout's Purge! This is an exciting moment for me as I can grow my rat family even larger than before! However, not only will I be in the purge but I will also be appearing in Proving Grounds Mall Mayhem match as well! It is quite the week for the Ratman. I love going to the mall, and all the goodies I could win! I’m just so excited! The Christmas spirit is flowing through me!
Ratman swings his arms to the air.
Ratman: I may look slightly different than normal but do not fret! I am and will always be the same Ratman inside! I simply felt maybe it was about time I found a look that would reflect my ability in the ring as well as my supreme personality! These people of Project: Honor do not feel like they should respect Ratman. So I will make them respect Ratman! I will work harder than my opponents have ever thought possible, to take my place as Supreme champion of Project: Honor!
Papercut: *Squeak, squeak...*
Ratman looks down to Papercut and lowers his tone attempting to hide it from the camera.
Ratman: I am aware there is no “supreme” title. It was more of a metaphor…
Ratman snaps back into his chair and smiles at the camera.
Ratman: Anyways, where was I… ah yes! I am coming at this whole wrestling thing with a new approach! In order to make people like Ratman, Ratman must beat the friendship into them! So I, Ratman, will train to become even more capable in the ring! I shall outkick the strongest strikers! I will jump higher than the greatest fliers! I will submit the best submission specialists!
Rasputin: But can you go farther than the most extreme?
Rasputin walks into frame carrying a mysterious sack which rattles with each of his steps.
Ratman: Ah, Papa! You’re finally home! Have you heard the news? I will be on both Fallout and Proving Ground!
Rasputin throws the bag into Ratman’s lap who seems confused initially.
Rasputin: Open up that bag and tell me what you see.
Ratman slowly unties the top of the bag when a confused look comes across his face. He reveals the contents of the sack to the camera as he looks back to Rasputin.
Ratman: Thumbtacks...?
Rasputin: Damn straight those are thumbtacks. My best friends in my heyday. Whether in my or my opponent, it elevated my matches to the next level. Let me tell you what, I rarely stopped there.
Ratman: But uh… isn’t that dangerous Papa?
Rasputin takes the thumbtacks from Ratman’s lap.
Rasputin: You ain’t ready.
Ratman: What do you mean papa? Ready for what?
Rasputin: Do you have any idea what you signed yourself up to Percy? This purge shit is dangerous! You’ve seen what happens on that there other show! Aren’t you scared?
Ratman ponders for a moment to himself then looks back up and smiles.
Ratman: Nope! No one would want to hurt Ratman! Right Papercut?
Papercut: *Squeak, squeak, squeak squeak*
Ratman and Rasputin both stare at Papercut who seems to have more to say than usual.
Ratman: I don’t see what grated cheese and flame broiled meat has anything to do with wrestling but either way, don’t you worry yourselves, I’ll be fine! Ratman is going to make many friends in Whalan!
Rasputin shakes his head in disbelief.
Rasputin: Just be careful Percy…
Rasputin walks away clearly worried for Percival.
Ratman with nothing more to say watches as Rasputin walks away getting up from his throne and approaching the camera to turn it off.
Ratman turns on the camera pointing it directly toward himself. He’s in full face paint and wearing his cape and wrestling tights somewhere in a busy strip mall. Ratman smiles deviously at the camera.
Ratman: Hello everyone! It is I, The Ratman! I am here at an outdoor mall getting ready for my big week! After hearing I would get to wrestle in the famed Mall of America I nearly couldn’t sleep! Therefore me and my companion Papercut…
Papercut moves around at the mention of his name then resettles behind Ratman’s head.
Ratman: ...decided to make our way to a nearby mall to get in the right mindset! While we are here though I had an idea! You see, Ratman will not just be on one show but two! In preparation for such an event, I shall be enhancing my look to be even more dark and gritty to fit in with all my fellow wrestlers from Fallout!
Ratman walks along the stores, everyone he passes keeping a wide berth from Percival. Ratman somewhat keeps the camera focused on himself as he walks with Papercut occasionally peeking around from behind his head.
Ratman: It should be around here somewhere…
Ratman’s head bobs around as he looks around.
Ratman: Aha! There it is!
Ratman begins to run through the crowd as the camera is swung around haphazardly. As Ratman approaches the store his eyes grow wider and wider.
Ratman: We are here!
Ratman flips the camera around to reveal a dinky tattoo parlor. Ratman flips the camera back around to show his face.
Ratman: Alright everyone, here we go!
Ratman slowly steps into the store and pans the camera around to give a good look. The camera shows a single man behind the counter not paying attention to the front. Posters decorate the shop walls and a single chair can be seen in the back. Ratman approaches the man behind the counter.
Ratman: Hello kind sir! I would like to get some tattoos today!
The man turns to face Ratman. He looks Ratman up and down then pinches his nose.
Tattoo artist: Alright…
The man rolls his eyes, visibly annoyed by Ratman’s presence.
Tattoo artist: Do you have an appointment?
Ratman: Nope!
The man looks at Ratman blankly.
Tattoo artist: Let me look to see if I can fit you into my schedule...
The man pulls out a book and begins to flip until he finds his page. He stops and looks at the page, looks up to Ratman, then looks back to the book. AS he closes the book he scratches his cheek then looks past Ratman outside.
Tattoo artist: Sorry, we’re all booked up today.
Ratman turns the camera back to himself and begins to look around the empty shop.
Ratman: Uhm… I think you may be mistaken sir there is no one here!
Ratman begins to chuckle nervously. Ratman points the camera back toward the man who looks down to his book again, this time flipping to the next page then back.
Tattoo artist: Nope. Full schedule for the next week or so.
Ratman points the camera back at himself now with a very large frown.
Ratman: Okay, well...
Ratman turns around and walks out the door. He sort of looks around before looking at Papercut.
Ratman: That guy was a real sourpuss, huh?
Papercut: *Squeak*
Ratman pats Papercut’s head, who is now sitting boldly on Percival's shoulder, with a single finger. Ratman looks at the camera now.
Ratman: So, I suppose this trip didn’t turn out quite like I wanted it… this mall is not nearly as good as the one I normally go to. The Mall of America has so much more than this place, isn’t that right Papercut? Not to mention I know how to get around so much better there. This place is kind of confusing...
Papercut: *Squeak*
Ratman: Anyway, I shall find another way to improve my look! Come Papercut! It is time to go home!
Papercut scurries back and forth across Ratman’s shoulder as he begins to walk back to the entrance of the strip mall. Ratman then fiddles with the camera until it turns off.
The camera comes back on as Ratman slowly backs away, staying in frame. He’s somewhere within his sewer, next to him is a table with a tarp over it.
Ratman: Alright, second attempt now. I, the Ratman, shall enhance my look to be even more dangerous and scary. To do this I am going to use these!
Ratman rips the tarp off the table to reveal temporary tattoos, a large Satan head sticking out as the largest of the tattoos.
Ratman: With this, I will be one step closer to being even more evil looking. Maybe this will be what it takes to strike fear into the hearts of my opponents!
Ratman raises his finger as he exclaims this to himself. Papercut is notably missing from the frame as this goes on. Ratman gets some warm water as he prepares to start applying the tattoos. Time passes as he puts some around on his arms until finally leaving himself with just the large main tattoo.
Ratman: Hmm… where to place this one… Ah! I know!
Ratman Picks up the large tattoo sticker and lays on the table before draping it over his chest.
Ratman: It appears I may have too much hair for this one…
Ratman stands up and walks off frame. We can still hear him though he is much quieter now even as he begins to yell.
Ratman: Papa! Papa! I need your assistance!
There's a brief pause. Suddenly Ratman walks back into frame when we can now start to hear Rasputin.
Rasputin: ... in the hell are you doin in here. Oh my…
Ratman proudly presents the fake tattoos he already applied to himself. Ratman begins bouncing up and down beckoning over Rasputin who walks in from being slightly out of frame. The old man simply appears to be shaking his head at Percival though.
Ratman: You see, this is precisely what Ratman needed! Now I will look even cooler! However I seem to have run into a bit of a hiccup.
Ratman doesn’t immediately tell Rasputin what he needs and appears to actually be slightly embarrassed before asking Rasputin for help.
Ratman: I need you to shave my chest….
Rasputin: …
Ratman: Please, Papa! It’ll work out I promise!
Rasputin cracks his neck and walks out of frame. Ratman suddenly seems very happy as if through some unreadable communication between the two, Rasputin agreed to help. Moments later Rasputin comes back into frame with a razor blade and a bowl of water.
Rasputin: Alright boy, hold still…
Rasputin grabs Ratman's shoulder to keep him still as he begins to shave his chest.
Ratman: Thank you Papa… OW!
Rasputin appears to cut a small gash into Ratman’s chest as he is speaking.
Rasputin: Sorry Percy, old habit. Been a while since I held a razor up to another man's skin, albeit usually on the forehead.
Ratman is now bleeding a small bit from the chest however this small gash appears to make Ratman dizzy as he becomes quite unsteady. Suddenly Ratman passes out and falls backward onto the table. Rasputin stops and stares at him for a moment.
Rasputin: Oh boy, we got to work on that.
Rasputin continues to work on shaving the unconscious Ratman’s chest until finally there is a large bare spot for him to apply the tattoo. Rasputin washes away the blood, stitches up the gash, and applies the tattoo for Ratman. A few minutes later Ratman begins to stir. Rasputin helps him as he slowly sits up.
Rasputin: Alright boy, you want to be in these ridiculous matches then I got to teach you a thing or two about the extreme.
Ratman is still only barely conscious and wobbly when he hears Rasputin. Ratman sticks a weak thumbs up to Rasputin.
Ratman: Whatever you say papa…
Ratman falls back over. Rasputin frowns at the downed man and lets out a sigh. Rasputin turns to notice the camera and begins shaking his head. He approaches the camera and as quickly as he is able turns it off.
The camera clicks on this time pointing to Ratman’s sewer training ring. Strewn about the ring are pairs of various instruments of pain. Barbed wire covered plywood boards, light tubes, thumbtacks, etc. Rasputin comes from behind the camera and brings his hands up to his mouth. He begins to shout with his hands cupped around his lips.
Rasputin: Percy! Get your scrawny ass in here!
Rasputin’s voice rumbles throughout the sewer. In the distance some clattering can be heard as well as a chorus of squeaking throughout. Rasputin stands in the ring with his arms crossed tapping his toe in wait for Percival. Ratman comes sprinting in through the entrance of the room(?) completely winded and panicking, eventually stopping just outside of the ring.
Ratman: Yes! I’m here! What is it you need papa!
Rasputin waves his hand beckoning Ratman into the ring. As Ratman makes his way into Rasputin’s side, Rasputin explains their next round of training.
Rasputin: As you can see laying around the ring, are some of my favorite toys from when I was your age Percy. For today’s training you're gonna hit me with an item and then I'll hit you back. Easy enough right?
Ratman is standing wide eyed next to Rasputin with an unnerved expression. Ratman looks to Rasputin then back to the weaponry.
Ratman: Uh… papa… this seems like… well…
Rasputin: Spit it out.
Ratman: Won’t that hurt?
Rasputin begins to rub his forehead, squinting his eyes in pain from hearing those words come from his adopted son's mouth.
Rasputin: Yes Percy, that’s the point.
Ratman shakes his head.
Ratman: Yeah, I don’t think I want to hurt you with any of these papa…
Before Ratman can finish speaking, Rasputin runs full force cannonballing into a corner where he has a barbed wire board set up.

Ratman: Holy shit...
Rasputin dangles from the board momentarily until the barbs rip from his skin and clothes allowing him to drop. Rasputin has a wide grin and looks as if he’s having the time of his life as he is ripping the remaining barbs out.
Rasputin: See boy! Nothing to worry about.
Rasputin slowly gets up now bleeding from different points across his body.
Ratman: Umm but papa… I don’t think Ratman would need to do that to anyone, nor would anyone do such a thing to Ratman…
Rasputin, not stopping from getting out of the barbed wire, now walks towards the light tubes. He picks up two of them and begins smashing them across his head letting out a wild cheer.
Rasputin: Oh yeah!!! That’s what I’ve been missing! HAHAHAHA~!
Ratman slowly backs into his corner just watching as Rasputin slowly appears to go insane.
Rasputin then moves toward the thumb tacks where he drops and elbow right into the center of the pile. He winces from the sting of the tacks but his smile stays and grows bigger and bigger as he continues to inflict pain on himself.
Ratman: Uhmm, I think you may need some help papa…
Rasputin stands up, tacks sticking out of his arm, and walks over to Ratman.
Rasputin: Nonsense boy! You’re not talking to good ol’ Rasputin anymore!
Rasputin looks into Ratman’s eyes now a devilish fire burning in them.
Rasputin: You’re talking to the Extreme Grandpa!
Rasputin suddenly and violently whips Ratman into the opposite corner where another barbed wire Plywood board waits for him. Ratman turns just in the nick of time as his back slams into the barbed wire and he lets out a screech.
Ratman: Yeeeeeeeeeeeee~! Papa! Help me!
Rasputin: Alright, I’ll get you out boy.
Rasputin leans over and grabs a light tube before going over to tear Ratman away from the board. As Rasputin is pulling Ratman off the board he hits Percy with the light tube. Ratman’s hand come up to his eyes as the dust blinds him.
Ratman: Owowowowowow! Papa! I can’t see!
While Ratman is flailing around on his feet Rasputin suddenly picks him up and bodyslams him onto the pile of thumbtacks. Ratman hits the mat hard, his elbows bent upward and fingers outstretched as he looks straight up in much pain. Ratman, this time, remains silent. Rasputin begins to take a few breaths and composes himself before realizing what he has done.
Rasputin: Oh… oh my god! Percy!
Rasputin leans over and picks up Ratman picking the tacks from his back. Percy’s face now blank as the shock has still completely taken over.
Rasputin: I’m so sorry bud, I completely lost control of myself there. I promised myself I wouldn't lose control but this old man hasn’t had his skin tore open in too long.
Ratman remains motionless but begins to respond to his beloved papa.
Ratman: My adrenaline. I can’t feel a thing.
Rasputin: Yeah, when that wears off you’re gonna really be feeling it. It took weeks of nonstop deathmatches before I was even completely used to it.
Ratman: I think the wrestling supreme may have made a mistake joining the purge. I’m not sure they do much wrestling there.
Rasputin: Well I didn’t raise no quitter so you’d better toughen up quick. I’m not saying you got to use these tools but that doesn’t mean others won’t be.
Ratman nods slowly.
Ratman: I think Ratman will try to avoid these things. I don’t wish to hurt anyone.
Rasputin: Why don’t we get you ready for bed…

Ratman is still only barely conscious and wobbly when he hears Rasputin. Ratman sticks a weak thumbs up to Rasputin.
Ratman: Whatever you say papa…
Ratman falls back over. Rasputin frowns at the downed man and lets out a sigh. Rasputin turns to notice the camera and begins shaking his head. He approaches the camera and as quickly as he is able turns it off.
The camera clicks on this time pointing to Ratman’s sewer training ring. Strewn about the ring are pairs of various instruments of pain. Barbed wire covered plywood boards, light tubes, thumbtacks, etc. Rasputin comes from behind the camera and brings his hands up to his mouth. He begins to shout with his hands cupped around his lips.
Rasputin: Percy! Get your scrawny ass in here!
Rasputin’s voice rumbles throughout the sewer. In the distance some clattering can be heard as well as a chorus of squeaking throughout. Rasputin stands in the ring with his arms crossed tapping his toe in wait for Percival. Ratman comes sprinting in through the entrance of the room(?) completely winded and panicking, eventually stopping just outside of the ring.
Ratman: Yes! I’m here! What is it you need papa!
Rasputin waves his hand beckoning Ratman into the ring. As Ratman makes his way into Rasputin’s side, Rasputin explains their next round of training.
Rasputin: As you can see laying around the ring, are some of my favorite toys from when I was your age Percy. For today’s training you're gonna hit me with an item and then I'll hit you back. Easy enough right?
Ratman is standing wide eyed next to Rasputin with an unnerved expression. Ratman looks to Rasputin then back to the weaponry.
Ratman: Uh… papa… this seems like… well…
Rasputin: Spit it out.
Ratman: Won’t that hurt?
Rasputin begins to rub his forehead, squinting his eyes in pain from hearing those words come from his adopted son's mouth.
Rasputin: Yes Percy, that’s the point.
Ratman shakes his head.
Ratman: Yeah, I don’t think I want to hurt you with any of these papa…
Before Ratman can finish speaking, Rasputin runs full force cannonballing into a corner where he has a barbed wire board set up.

Ratman: Holy shit...
Rasputin dangles from the board momentarily until the barbs rip from his skin and clothes allowing him to drop. Rasputin has a wide grin and looks as if he’s having the time of his life as he is ripping the remaining barbs out.
Rasputin: See boy! Nothing to worry about.
Rasputin slowly gets up now bleeding from different points across his body.
Ratman: Umm but papa… I don’t think Ratman would need to do that to anyone, nor would anyone do such a thing to Ratman…
Rasputin, not stopping from getting out of the barbed wire, now walks towards the light tubes. He picks up two of them and begins smashing them across his head letting out a wild cheer.
Rasputin: Oh yeah!!! That’s what I’ve been missing! HAHAHAHA~!
Ratman slowly backs into his corner just watching as Rasputin slowly appears to go insane.
Rasputin then moves toward the thumb tacks where he drops and elbow right into the center of the pile. He winces from the sting of the tacks but his smile stays and grows bigger and bigger as he continues to inflict pain on himself.
Ratman: Uhmm, I think you may need some help papa…
Rasputin stands up, tacks sticking out of his arm, and walks over to Ratman.
Rasputin: Nonsense boy! You’re not talking to good ol’ Rasputin anymore!
Rasputin looks into Ratman’s eyes now a devilish fire burning in them.
Rasputin: You’re talking to the Extreme Grandpa!
Rasputin suddenly and violently whips Ratman into the opposite corner where another barbed wire Plywood board waits for him. Ratman turns just in the nick of time as his back slams into the barbed wire and he lets out a screech.
Ratman: Yeeeeeeeeeeeee~! Papa! Help me!
Rasputin: Alright, I’ll get you out boy.
Rasputin leans over and grabs a light tube before going over to tear Ratman away from the board. As Rasputin is pulling Ratman off the board he hits Percy with the light tube. Ratman’s hand come up to his eyes as the dust blinds him.
Ratman: Owowowowowow! Papa! I can’t see!
While Ratman is flailing around on his feet Rasputin suddenly picks him up and bodyslams him onto the pile of thumbtacks. Ratman hits the mat hard, his elbows bent upward and fingers outstretched as he looks straight up in much pain. Ratman, this time, remains silent. Rasputin begins to take a few breaths and composes himself before realizing what he has done.
Rasputin: Oh… oh my god! Percy!
Rasputin leans over and picks up Ratman picking the tacks from his back. Percy’s face now blank as the shock has still completely taken over.
Rasputin: I’m so sorry bud, I completely lost control of myself there. I promised myself I wouldn't lose control but this old man hasn’t had his skin tore open in too long.
Ratman remains motionless but begins to respond to his beloved papa.
Ratman: My adrenaline. I can’t feel a thing.
Rasputin: Yeah, when that wears off you’re gonna really be feeling it. It took weeks of nonstop deathmatches before I was even completely used to it.
Ratman: I think the wrestling supreme may have made a mistake joining the purge. I’m not sure they do much wrestling there.
Rasputin: Well I didn’t raise no quitter so you’d better toughen up quick. I’m not saying you got to use these tools but that doesn’t mean others won’t be.
Ratman nods slowly.
Ratman: I think Ratman will try to avoid these things. I don’t wish to hurt anyone.
Rasputin: Why don’t we get you ready for bed…
Rasputin leaves Ratman for a moment and walks over to the camera to shut it off.
