JULY 21ST, 2021 — HOUSE KIRSTEIN, LEICESTER, ENGLAND.
That feeling of being locked inside of that cage at Guts, Gold, and Glory made Levi feel so belittled- it’s a feeling he’s never felt before, to be locked up for someone’s amusement and to feel so enclosed that it leaves the supposed God of the New Wrestling World feeling vulnerable and feeling like an animal at the zoo. The loss itself wasn’t something that Levi Kirstein was more worried about- but knowing that his peers watched their leader become the victim, the abused, the puppet to those within that match. To know that the peers who’ve watched now feel a little bit insecure about their leader’s actions, it begins to crumble Levi, and the hopes of those who would be brought to the new world begins to become slimmer with every passing day. The many that would walk through House Kirstein would become smaller and smaller by the day. The hope that was once there for the new world to begin- is now gone, wasted, and obscure.
Levi would soon walk through the halls of House Kirstein, emptied with the night sky looming above as he walked through the outside garden area within the house, and the silence of the night has been leaving Levi’s thoughts to be heard more. ‘Are you questioning your own rank?’, they said in their head. Clearly, everything has taken a toll to Kirstein’s army. Even the loyalest of his soldiers have left House Kirstein on their own accord. Levi would take a seat by the nearest bench within the garden, a bit leaned forward as he rested his elbows on his knees, and soaking in the silence of the night. That silence was soon broken by the rustling of leaves, and the cracking sounds of twigs as Levi turned his head, seeing his brother walking through the garden and heading right for Levi. Though Damian wasn’t always someone to be around House Kirstein except for the rare visits, this was certainly something that took Levi by surprise as he took a seat right beside his brother, placing his hand down on his right shoulder. “Are you alright, brother?”
A gentle nod of Levi’s head is enough of a signal for Damian, but Levi soon turns his head back around.
“Nice to see you’ve not completely gone missing in action on us all, Levi. Some of those were worried about where you went.” Damian brought his hand off of Levi’s shoulder. “I told them you needed a moment to yourself, to collect your own thoughts, and to begin rebuilding yourself once those thoughts were recollected.”
“Everything feels as if it’s gone to waste, brother,” he spoke, keeping his head down in shame- not even wanting to look at his brother directly into his eyes. The emotion was strong for Levi, and he didn’t know how to feel about all of this, about how to handle his emotions of dealing with a loss. The emotion of dealing with everyone’s loyalty to House Kirstein falling apart and the reasoning was because of himself. “For the first time since it’s initial opening… House Kirstein is emptied. There’s not a soul inside. The loyalty to my name has been brought to shame, for all of those losses have made them realise that I really haven’t been the man who could bring them to this new world I’ve been proclaiming forever for. It’s gone to waste. House Kirstein is dea-”
“You want to abandon this whole thing? Because of a mere couple of losses and people not believing in you anymore? Levi, you should know better than to give up on yourself, even when there’s another chance at stake, another chance to reclaim something for you, and it might be what you need to bring honor and glory back to House Kirstein.” His brother exclaimed. “Father did not hand this house down to us in his will so we could abandon it because you couldn’t bring yourself back up to speed with your emotions, Levi. That knock to the head has brought you nothing but loss of how to control your own emotions. If only you could gain those emotions back, brother, then you’d understand that this isn’t the end of the world.”
“I don’t understand, brother,” he softly spoke. “What do you mean by gaining my emotions back?”
There’s a sigh that comes from Damian as he lowers his head, taking a deep breath before looking back to his brother, who’s face rests in a confused expression. His mouth opens as if he’s about to speak, but not a word escapes from his lips and his mouth slowly closes, “I feel as if I’ve said enough, but one day you’ll soon find out what I mean. I know that day won’t be now, but brother, I have every bit of hope that you could find your inner voice very soon- and you know how to control your emotions.”
Keeping that confused look on his face and watching his brother stand up in silence and walk away from where he was just seated, Levi’s eyes began to twitch a little and allowing the british-native to bring his head back down again, his lip quivering a little before his right hand could be brought up close to his face and tears began to run down his face. Surely, there’s a memory within his head locked up somewhere, but for the life of him- he can’t seem to remember it no matter what. The more he thought, the more he tried to remember, the more it hurt knowing it’s something he just can’t remember.

It’s been a couple of weeks since Levi’s break down after taking the loss and the loss beforehand too, still without a full House Kirstein in sight but a bright eye for the future, the opening camera shot brings us into the halls of House Kirstein and into the master hall where we’re met with the zooming in shot of The Absolute. Levi rested on his throne, dressed in a dark suit and leaning forward, clearing his throat as he lifted his head up to face the camera that continued to zoom in on himself.
“Nothing ever seems to be a traditional wrestling match these days, does it?” A quick little scoff is heard from Levi, glancing to the right and shaking his head. “The first three matches I’ve had here and there’s nothing professional about this, or there’s nothing that speaks to me about actual wrestling, and it feels as if this brand has been left as a pig sty for those to walk all over and make their own rules. For me, everything has to be pure. Everything has to be done as it should be. Everything isn’t a simple game for those to play in their basements and hide from the real world that’s awaiting them on the outside. Not even knowing what sunlight is. Maybe that’s what Christian DeMarco does in his spare time to come up with such a exaggerated and ridiculous idea- and anyway, how has this been cleared up with the people who made the game of ‘Dead by Daylight’, because I’m sure if they found out, they’d have shut this shit down instantly. But that’s the least of my worries heading into this... “ Levi uses his hands to gesture some quotation marks for the next two words that escape from his lips. “...’special event’ that Fallout is holding.”
There’s a little eye roll to Levi’s glance to the camera before he would shake his head in disgust to what has become of this brand that is called ‘Fallout’. Levi soon stood up from the throne within the main hall and walked down the small amount of steps that lead to the throne.
“The Ascension Championship is in arm’s reach again, and again, it’s another ‘gimmick’ that I have to fight through to get what I want, because everything has to have a gimmick these days to hopefully make it go over -- though it was very much a different story when it came to Guts, Gold, and Glory. No gimmicks there, just a straight up one on one match. Just when I thought they’d begin to learn more about me, just when I thought they were taking a step forward into what should be the Ascension Championship’s right path…” Taking a deep breath to calm himself down, closing his eyes and gesturing a tranquilo hand signal, before opening his eyes to bring himself into a more calmer - and yet, passive-aggressive - state. “...you take two steps back, and that’s where I lie with this championship and these ‘challengers’ right now. With these four I have to share this… arena… with, I have to ask myself about if fighting for my life would be worth it knowing all it gives me is a prize at the end of it. I don’t want prizes, I don’t want anything, but a chance to redefine what it means to be on this brand and to redefine it to a clearer image that it’s meant to be. To have no more gimmicks, to have this Ascension Championship given proper contenders except for those who’re making their debuts for the first time for the company, and to be given something more of a reputation than ‘the starter championship’ because from where it began until it’s in my hands, it’s grown into something more. Something that I know the likes of Thorberg Aaronson, Bianca McBride, Kagome Akaibara, or the champion himself - Lesley Adora - would never be able to achieve if they were to become the champion.”
“It’s no hard feelings to you, Lesley,” a slight chuckle is heard from The Absolute. “But you’ve never been able to fill in my boots, even as a spiritual leader like I’m going to claim to be when I take that title from you. I might not been here as long as you might have, but let’s be real around here, I’ve been proclaiming a stronger message of being a lord and being a man who can bring a new world to this brand and to this company just by being myself, and not being someone that has a weird obsession for someone else’s kid like you’re some creepy pedophile, and it’s funny because you’re the basic definition of a stereotype--for the Catholic Church, and I thought we got rid of the supposed nazi that was around in this company back in like… December? Now we’ve got some dude that creeped on Mason Destruction’s kid for the sake of ‘getting in his opponent’s head’ that actually worked. It’s amazing how that worked out for you, Lesley, but from what I can tell... “ Levi soon glanced to his left, and then to his right, before bringing his focus back to the camera. “...but I don’t have kids for you to creep up on, and I’m sure the others don’t either, and even as a God myself- I would never ever stoop so low to try to get into the heads of my opponents, Lesley. Because I’m not a dirty fucking nonce like you, and that’s the facts of it all, so please keep away from me before I could very easily cave your skull in for being such a weird freak.”
The Absolute would soon point to the camera with that shit-eating grin written all over his face, allowing himself to chuckle a little before looking right back to the camera and speaking, “People like Bianca, Thorberg, and Kagome- they’ve not done a single thing to earn my interest, because my interest is with the champion and the champion only -- like what am I meant to say about someone like Bianca and Thorberg? The casual shit-talking line of ‘you suck’ and then be gone with my day? How about someone like Kagome who’s probably never won a match here in Project: Honor since she came along. Maybe one match but that was against… a literal children’s cartoon character, for preschoolers, and that’s it. You cannot tell me these are literal challengers and literal contenders when they’ve done nothing to be here. This is what I mean by there is nothing worth mentioning with some of the people who challenge for that championship, which is why I am going to change everything around when I pin Lesley for the title. I don’t want it to be a one count either, I don’t want it to be a two count either, three count or bust. I want to win with legitimacy, as a last piece of my dignity I have before entering this Dead By Daylight wet dream that DeMarco is hosting. After that, the next Fallout, we’re celebrating big time. We’re going to make sure that people KNOW what it means to have this championship -- and you know what? The championship can have an off-week, so plans can be discussed between myself and DeMarco to make this division much better than what it already is.”
That cocky smile appears on Levi’s face as he slowly turns around to begin climbing the steps and placing himself back into the throne of House Kirstein. Back into the comfort of everything he has around him. Taking a deep inhale through his nose before exhaling through the nostrils.
“After this episode of Fallout, I will welcome everyone back to House Kirstein and I will welcome everyone to my world, to the world I’ve been claiming for so long to be coming very soon. Once the gates open, there’ll be no stopping them from being closed again. I will welcome this world and I will be the man who’ll save Project: Honor and Fallout as a whole. Welcome me with open arms, welcome The New World with open arms, and welcome Levi Kirstein as your brand new Ascension Champion.” Levi would soon spread his arms up wide in a more welcoming gesture. “And may a brand new era be ushered in under my command, and become the birth- of The God of The New Wrestling World.”
With his arms still opened up wide, and Levi’s head soon tilting back to soak in the moment he has created for himself inside of House Kirstein, the feed would soon - very slowly - fade to black.
