âWe got her, Boss.â
Was the only thing she needed to hear when she answered the phone. And, without saying a word, she simply ended the call and placed the phone on silent before putting it in her pocket. She remained crouched on the buildingâs roof as she watched Lash and Deb put Lyric in their vehicle and take off.
âDonât do anything stupid, Robi.â, she could hear Alexâs voice in her head already.
Stupid? Sheâd saved Lyric from this guy once already. And apparently, the guy didnât heed her warning to disappear. Instead, he had taken the building and turned it into his own personal âdrug oasisâ.
And now?
Now.. She was going to correct the problem. Only, she hadnât told anyone what she was planning. Sheâd put Alex, Dru and Widow on notice to expect a call from Lash when Lyric was located and retrieved.
In all the years sheâd been in the Black Hand, she never went rogue. Tonight? Tonight was different.
When she found out that Erik had up and disappeared on Lyric without a word and that had pushed Lyric over the edge⊠She was beyond livid. But, she didnât show it. Not outright. Yet, everyone knew how Robi was when it came to Lyric. And âoverprotectiveâ didnât even begin to cover it.
She remained crouched on the roofâs edge for a few more moments. Watching in silence.
When Lash and Deb were out of sight, she pulled the mask down over her face and disappeared into the darkness.
It didnât take her long to find and capture her target. And after a little while, she was able to get him to a non-descript warehouse out in the middle of nowhere where a helicopter was waiting for her.
âThat him?â
She was asked as she opened the door to the van and all she did was work to uncover him and get him secured for the ride to come.
âHey, Sleeping Beauty. WAKE UP!â
She back-handed him and smiled as he jerked awake.
âWh⊠Wha.. Who⊠YOU CUNT!!â
Robi smiled sweetly at the man as he tried to lunge at her. Then laughed as he realized, he couldnât move.
âDonât try to move. Youâve been paralyzed. Oh, donât worry, itâs not permanent. But, get used to it because weâre going to be flying for a while.â
She straightened up and nodded to the person with her to grab him and put him in the helicopter.
Twelve hours later, they were landing in an empty field in the middle of the bayou. Sheâd kept the man paralyzed the entire flight as he kept trying to get free; let along move. She had to keep reminding him that his situation was⊠Dire.
Once they landed, Hadlee stepped out of the van and walked over to where the chopper had landed and opened the door.
âYou do know how hard it is to get a vehicle out this far right?â
Robi looked at her daughter and gave a knowing smile.
âYes, but worth it.â
Hadlee looked to the paralyzed man in the back and growled lowly.
âThat him?â
Robi nodded and set about getting him unhooked. After making sure he was still chemically paralyzed that is. It took a little bit, but they got him into the van and covered up.
âDoes Lyric know youâre doing this? Or anyone else for that matter?â
Hadlee looked at her Mom and Robi remained silent.
âIâll take that as a ânoâ...â
Hadlee climbed into the back with the guy and Robi got into the driverâs seat.
A little while later, they were pulling into the drive-way and coming to a stop in front of a shack.
âHelp me get him inside. Then leave.â
Hadlee could tell it wasnât a request. She simply nodded and didnât argue back that she wanted to help. She turned to open the side door of the van and looked at the guy with a smirk.
âYou are so fuckedâŠâ

âThere was a time where I thought I didnât belong in the wrestling world. It seemed that no matter how hard I fought, I kept getting fucked over by one company after another. And, to a point, thatâs true. You see, âThe Authorityâ hates being put on notice. They hate it when their âSuper Starsâ are put on notice. They hate it when someone comes in and completely wrecks their entire roster. They hate it when they try to punish someone and that person looks at them and laughs. Then goes about destroying everyone put in their path.â
âThatâs what Iâve done. In practically every company Iâve been in. I donât give a fuck if a company has a âSpecial Super Starâ the owners and fans absolutely love. Iâm not in this business to be liked. Iâm not in this business to make friends. I have enough friends. My Wolves are all I NEED. Theyâre all Iâll ever need.â
âWhat I came into this business to do is cause pain. To spill blood. Call itâŠâ
The camera came to life as a woman dressed in ritualistic clothing made of furs wearing a wolfâs head mask. Two very large black wolves sitting beside her.
âCall it.. An offering to the Gods.â
âAnd youâre next, Poblano.â
âAnd from the looks of you.. It wonât take long.â
âSee, I donât mind that this is a dark match. That itâs not going to be seen by very many people. And thatâs for the best⊠For you. Iâm not sure people will want to see what Iâm going to do to you. Iâm not sure people will want to see that bleached blonde hair of yours stained red with your blood. Iâm not sure theyâll be able to handle how Iâm going to mangle your face by the time Iâm done with you.â
âOh, rest assured⊠I am angry. Full of rage. Thatâs something Iâve never denied. And truth be told.. Thereâs no real reason for it. I had a great childhood growing up. Daughter of an MC President and a mother who taught me everything I know about the Gods, our way of life and the Old Ways. I mean, people did try to bully me in high school because I was a senior at fifteen and graduated soon after. That didnât fare too well for them. But, thatâs neither here nor there anymoreâŠâ
âPoint is, Poblano, youâre fucked. You got put in a match with one of the most dangerous people youâll ever face. Be it now or in the future.. I promise you, youâll remember who I am. The scars on your face will remind you. The tinge of red your bleached hair will take.. Will remind you. Youâll look in the mirror one day and your eyes will glance across a scar and all youâll see is my face staring back at you. Youâll remember the beating youâre about to get. Youâll remember, and feel, each kick⊠Each punch.â
âYouâll remember⊠ALL of it!â
She turned around and began to walk to the alter that was behind her the entire time. Once she reached it, she picked up a bowl and raised it up to the sky.
âAll-Father! I call to you this night! Hear me! Hear your Daughter! I make this blood offer to you!â
She lifted the bowl up over her head and lifted her head up so that her face was exposed. And she poured the contents of the bowl over herself.
She turned around and looked back at the camera.
Her face is now covered in blood.
A sadistic smile forms.
âRun.â
