Last week, it was announced that each wrestler on Project Underground would have their own trainer, and Christopher Graves ended up with Clash Of The Cup competitor and returning Brandon Hendrix. Brandon had Christopher working his ass off in the gym, but he can tell his heart wasn't in it. During a break, Brandon sits beside Christopher."Come on. Talk to me. What's the issue?"
".... I miss my mom man… She died before she can even get to see me become a wrestler.."
".... I lost mine recently too. I used it for anger going into my match up on Proving Ground."
"I understand that.. It's just that I'm used to giving her flowers. Now.. I can't do that."
"Well… after you bring the flowers to her grave, I want you to do this: PU wants you to talk about love. I want you to go on that camera and talk about what you love. Got it?"
"Yes sir."
Brandon pats Chris on the back and gets up to go back to the workout.

We pan into a beautiful blue sky as the glistening sun is heard as it radiates down on God's green Earth...The sound of cars zooming in and out of the streets is heard as birds are chirping with the sun just beginning to hit its peak of the day in early morning time. The focus begins to center in on a nearby cemetery. Zooming through the field, many of those who unfortunately pass rest within the gate off land before landing on Christopher Graves. He's dressed in a business suit, glasses covering his eyes as he has a bouquet of flowers in his hand as he stands in front of a grave. He bends down and places the flowers on top of the grave."... KURTIS SLAYNE, have you ever loved something so much only for it to be ripped away? No, how could you? You just want to punish people and resort to a legacy your family name left behind. You don't love anything but yourself. So let me tell you about me.
I fight because of my mother who lays in this ground right beneath my feet. She fought for me to even stay alive long enough to even see ten years old. I fight for my pops who was returning home from work from a construction yard and was shot fifteen times. Six in the legs, four in the chest, two in the neck, two in the right shoulder, and one grazed the side of his head. He was dead right then and there. In my father's possessions was a gift for me that I asked for. That's love. Not because of a family name, but because of family love. And on Project Underground, I will show you my new love in this world: being a wrestler.
Yeah, I might not be in the best winning streak right now, losing two in a row, but my love for this sport and this brand will forbid me from ever quitting. Yeah, you'll be quicker than me, more agile than me, but you're not in ring smarter than me. I know every inch of the ring and every place that will cause you the most pain possible.
And you know what I will love the most? Pinning you to the mat and hearing my name called the victor in love of my family name. See you soon."
Christopher backs up and leaves the scene, and a zoom in on the grave and flowers are the last thing shown as the segment fades to black.
